noearthlyfamily
hey guys! so update: i'm doing great! i've been continuing to seperate my 900mg night dose of gabapentin into 3 even doses of 300mg 8 hours apart as per the schedule . today's dose schedule was: 8:00 AM: 0.25mg clonazepam, 300mg gabapentin (& supplements) 1:30 PM: 0.25mg clonazepam 2:00 PM: (supplements) 8:00 PM: 0.5mg clonazepam, 50mg quetiapine + 18.75mg/H2O solution quetiapine, 600mg gabapentin (& supplements) i do feel a sense of relief and calmness after taking the smaller (300mg) doses of gabapentin. i think this is going to keep improving as my night-time dose of gabapentin is gradually seperated into 2 smaller doses of 300mg each and moved to 4pm and midnite, so that all 3 doses of gabapentin will eventually be taken 8 hours apart. i already feel improvement. but i still have pre-existing mild bruxism/jaw clenching & mild headache immediately before & after each dose of my clonazepam at 8am , 1:30pm and 8pm. (this prexisted before ever changing my gabapentin dosage schedule.) originally i was on quetiapine for over a decade before the anxiety caused an ulcer in my stomach (documented by a small camera inserted there 📷). the clonazepam seemed to help the anxiety for a short time, then made the anxiety worse. now that i'm tapering off of the SSRI, i find the anxiety and bruxism coming back and have to eat saltines for my stomach lining/stomach growling/churning just as i did years ago, when the anxiety caused an ulcer. should i continue to bite the bullet on the anxiety that's returning while i taper from the SSRI and wait until i'm done (in 2025) to begin tapering off of the benzo? it kind of feels like i'm getting interdose withdrawals ...either from the quetiapine being all at once dosing at 8pm (with a half life of 6 hours, so by morning i'm in withdrawals already) 😒 or possibly from a reaction to my clonazepam doses...maybe the dose is no longer sufficient to prevent anxiety , maybe tolerance has been reached for the clonazepam and it just doesn't touch the anxiety anymore? if the bruxism/mild headache is due to anxiety caused by the quetiapine short half life and nothing left in my system to prevent withdrawals when i wake up, then maybe the SX of bruxism/mild headache could be mitigated by seperating my 8pm dose of quetiapine into 2 doses, in a similar fashion to the way that i'm using to seperate my gabapentin into smaller doses. any ideas? thx in advance 👍 UPDATED: 9/01/2019 Quetiapine: 2000-2005: 50mg; 2005: 100mg; 2008: 400mg; 2011: 100mg; 2014: 300mg; 2014-2017: 400mg; 7/2018-2/2019: 75mg; 1/2019: 68.75mg; 4/2019: completed switch to 3x daily dosing (25mg 8AM, 18.75mg 4PM, 25mg MIDNITE); 5/2019: 68.75mg (switched to all liquid taper using HUMCO suspension agent) 8/2019: 61mg Clonazepam: 2008: 2mg then 0.25mg; 2012: 0.5mg; 2014: 1mg; 4/2019: 1mg ~completed switch to 3x daily dosing (0.25mg 8AM, 0.25mg 2PM, 0.5mg 8PM); 8/2019: 1mg (switched to all liquid taper using propylene glycol as solvent) Gabapentin: 2011: 100mg; 2011: 200mg TID 2014: 300mg; 2017: 600mg; 2019: 900mg PM; 3/2019: completed switch to 3x daily dosing (300mg q8h) Prior drugs: Please see this link: (the remaining dates & meds records will be updated as i receive my complete medical files.) This sounds to me like a paradoxical reaction to clonazepam, which makes sense because you're also taking two other "brakes" throughout the day: gabapentin and quetiapine. Plus progesterone. What effect does daily progesterone have on you? Why do you want to move it from 8 p.m.? What is your current drug schedule? Just the drug schedule, please, not the entire spreadsheet. Since you've just moved gabapentin around, I would let that change settle before making any other changes. This is not medical advice. I also have similar symptoms. Dreams are very real. There is disorientation and diffusion between reality and dream. Plus, I have time delays. Lost memories and things turning up in odd places and then tasks I feel I have completed but have not. It’s like “Memento”. On top of this, I have noticed my memories quite disoriented, uncovered memories that i’d forgotten and re-experiencing memories for decades ago as if they were now. A basic assumption would be that the drugs affect to hippocampus which is the memory centre?? Plus, I read a bit some time ago about perception and possibly locus correleus??? part of brain.. don’t quote me on it. Obviously brain is incredibly complex. 1999: Paroxetine (20mg). noearthlyfamily
my specific chemical lobotomy was performed over the course of about 2 decades by 6 different psychiatrists (plus those i saw inpatient.) their favorite weapon of choice was seroquel/quetiapine. also known on the street as "qwell" and "baby heroin". our insurance paid for mine. and yet it pales in comparison to the benzos. a whole other injustice done to me, and one i've yet to experience the horrors of withdrawal from. i am slowly weaning off of the antipsychotic, and after that, the benzodiazepine. then Neurontin (aka "morontin" for the way it shrinks your brain, and prevents new brain synapses from forming). fun fun fun. anyways, all of this drugging has been completely uneccesary, in my opinion. what i really needed was some good counselling and therapy to learn how to deal with my anxiety, and a good tuition...in nutrition! had i learned the correct way to eat, to control my blood sugar levels, and prevent highs and lows which got mislabelled as "bipolar disorder", i would have had a much better basis for solid physical and mental health, than what was done to me in the name of "medicine" (or should i say Big Pharma). over the span of 24 years, 1995-2019, i've been on over 53 different prescription drugs that were supposed to treat "psychiatric imbalances". that is a crime in itself. some of these drugs have already been yanked from the market due to dangerous and sometimes lethal side effects. but most of them remain in modern psychiaty's arsenal against the public. in addition i was "floxxed" with fluoroquinilone antibiotics and others. these neurochemically altering drugs cause such horrible side effects for such a long time, that even opiate and meth addicts are afraid of withdrawal from them. my current meds: HOLDing at 61mg quetiapine. down from 400mg in 10/2017. am on 1mg clonazepam since past abt 5 years, will begin DLMT on 9/16/2019. am on 900mg gabapentin since being misdx with MS (turned out to be seroquel damage), will taper of that last. am on HRT post-hyst since 2007, take 300mg progesterone nightly. am on 0.1mg estradiol transdermal patch 2x weekly. UPDATED DRUG HISTORY: (September 1, 2019) now the tally is up to at least 53 prescription drugs with psychoactive actions since 1995! current meds: (antipsychotic:) quetiapine: 1998 or 2000-2005: 50mg; 2005: 100mg; 2008: 400mg; 2011: 100mg; 2014: 300mg; 2014-2017: 400mg; 7/2018-2/2019: 75mg; 4/2019: completed switch to 3x daily dosing (25mg 8AM, 18.75mg 4PM, 25mg MIDNITE); 5/2019: 68.75mg (switched to all liquid taper using HUMCO suspension agent) 8/2019: 61mg (benzodiazepine:) clonazepam: 2008: 2mg then 0.25mg; 2012: 0.5mg; 2014: 1mg; 4/2019: completed switch to 3x daily dosing (0.25mg 8AM, 0.25mg 2PM, 0.5mg 8PM); 8/2019: (switched to all liquid taper using propylene glycol as solvent) (anticonvulsant:) gabapentin: 2011: 100mg; 2014: 300mg; 2017: 600mg; 2019: 900mg PM; 3/2019: completed switch to 3x daily dosing (300mg 8AM, 300mg 4PM, 300mg MIDNITE hrt post hyst: progesterone: 2017-2019: 300mg oral nightly & hrt post hyst: estradiol: 2010-2019: 0.1mg transdermal patch 2x weekly Most Helpful Supplements so far: Deva Vegan Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement w/Greens One Daily, Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate 200mg 3x daily, vitamin c 1000mg daily, zinc gluconate 50mg 1x every other day, Allicin Max 180mg 3x daily, 50/50 chlorella/spirulina 2 tabs 5x daily Prior Prescribed Drugs: color chart: red="gas pedals"/stimulant type class, blue="brakes"/sedative/anxiolytic/depressant/GABAergic type class, purple=antidepressant & antipsychotic classes which alter the normal functioning of brain by chemically lobotomizing the frontal lobes portion, green=anticonvulsant classes (the missing dates & names of meds are unobtainable/have been destroyed as they are over 10 years old.)
