noearthlyfamily Posted February 18, 2019 Share Posted February 18, 2019 didn't know where else to post this, does anybody know how i can get access to my past inpatient (mental) hospital records to see the names of meds dates and prescribing dr's from about 1998-2014 approximately? i was inpatient over a dozen times in that period and only some of the records are available to me, but i want a complete list of every psych med they've put me on and when and dr's names. they told me that some of the records are so "old" that they don't store them in the same buildings on their campus and that some may not be recoverable. without hiring a lawyer, is there a way for me to get my records? thx yall!
