Priscilla
Update: Can people really heal in years or is that just told to calm people down who may otherwise be hopeless? Sorry for the ignorance in my question it's just that 6 months is a long time to be sick and after this long being sick becomes the norm for me. Hi Priscilla, I almost hate to sound like Polly Positive(just because so many are having difficulties), but why not say or shift your thinking to "Oh, this will probably be the start of a great window"? I just know that sometimes my self prophecies ARE not helpful. I often do gratitude lists, on paper and when feeling a bit overwhelmed.........even write down all the things I have managed to do in spite of it all. It's helpful, and a big deal, to slowly change our thought patterns. Just like it was, when I took all my medications/drugs........thinking that was the answer........... I find it ironic sometimes......personally though, I think I can work my practices much better post medications/drugs. Have you found any helps in the Symptoms and Self care forum? Priscilla
Update: So far I'm feeling fine. I don't understand why just about every morning I start off feeling fine, then later on in the day, I start feeling bad.
