The reason I stopped taking the magnesium tablets was because I started taking magnesium baths every day, because they really are helping a lot.  I think your body can take a lot more on board that way than eating it.  I haven't got any signs of overdoing it yet so daily is good for now.   Asked to bet I'd say it was the 'mega B' tablet that wakes up the akathisia more so I'm not missing that.  I'm getting B3 B6 and B12 separately now.  B6 has been suggested to help akathisia - it migh
