@bijay I am glad that your nausea was improving over the last couple of weeks, even with a dose reduction. This is really promising. Healing is happening!!! I hope you are able to find at least one enjoyable thing out of every day. Definitely reaching out to family and friends is a good idea, though I also get that feeling of not wanting to be a burden. At least reaching out and trying to have nice conversations with them is always okay, even if not always relying on them for support. Sending support and best wishes ❤️  ❤️

Hi @bijay,

I know it's been a long time since your last post.

I'm reaching out since I'm facing some challenging digestive issues on my paroxetine taper journey.

Reading through your story it sounds like you have/had similar symptoms. These are: stomach dysmotility, nausea, can't eat as usual, low appetite.

I'm currently stuck on my current dose since I'm quite scared to make further reductions (you were very brave to power through your symptoms and continue with your taper. This is a real inspiration for me).

I wonder, how are you doing these days? Did you see improvement with your GI issues as you progressed with the taper?

Thank you in advance ❤️
