TurkeyCold
Aww, thank you. And so do I of you, @Ariel! I have read your last thorough post about your current situation and the nasty symptoms you are dealing with and couldn't agree more. Coming of Cymbalta hasn't benefited me at all so far. I feel with you so deeply since I have been in a relentless wave myself for a few weeks. So familiar occurs to me the torment of one's own mind. I never gave it an own name but my mind is raging and dissecting my innermost parts day in and day out. It's difficult not to become completely bitter in this though I usually tend to be more of a salty person [pun/off]. Yesterday I started to get some relieve that is still continuing but I can't really trust myself or - to be more precisely - my body anymore. Bad symptoms mean deep healing I read today again. In a way that's true but at the end of the day bad symptoms are just bad, each by itself and even worse when grouped with the most heinous things one can think of. I wish you and I wish us more light and lighter days in general. Sincerely yours, Cornelius 1 Medical history: 11/2015 - Duloxetin 30mg, 12/2015 - Duloxetin 60mg, 4/2016 - CT 8/2016 - Duloxetin 60mg, 2/2017 - Duloxetin 30mg, 4/2017 - CT 7/2017 - Duloxetin 60mg, 9/2017 - Duloxetin 30mg, 11/2017 - CT 3.5.2018 - Milnacipran 25mg, 10.5.2018 - Milnacipran 50mg, 20.5.2018 - Milnacipran 25mg, 24.5.2018 - CT and protracted WD Supplements: none Link to comment
Ariel
@TurkeyCold Hi Cornelius, It's so lovely to read you. I'm sorry that you, too, are getting pummeled by the shorebreak. Although I regret your suffering I am somehow comforted by the idea of our waving in parallel. Ocean swells, seafoam cresting crashing churning; all one. Let's pretend we're at the beach together, playing in the surf. Maybe we build castles, dig treasure, scoop sculptures in the sand. Maybe we swim, maybe an underwater handstand. The sea returns us to salt. The breeze blows clear any bitter debris. I am holding a shell to your ear. What do you hear? <3 1996-2018 - misc. polypharmacy, incl. TurkeyCold
Hey @Ariel, thanks for doing so! I've been in a state of stable misery for a while now (which is quite a success for me actually compared to the horrific states I've experienced before). Mornings are physically very rough, in the evening things usually settle down a bit. Quick note for me: Last week I had a nearly 2-day-window - the first one in months maybe even years - where I felt like a human being again without the constant tension, pain and terror in my body and head. Quite amazing to think that this will be my reality one day and even better than that. How are you doing? I owe you an answer to your question regarding the shell, I hear different things: "Deeper and deeper", "Trust and keep going" and occasionally it's just non-verbal silence. Healing vibes for you as well <3 Cornelius Medical history: 11/2015 - Duloxetin 30mg, 12/2015 - Duloxetin 60mg, 4/2016 - CT 8/2016 - Duloxetin 60mg, 2/2017 - Duloxetin 30mg, 4/2017 - CT 7/2017 - Duloxetin 60mg, 9/2017 - Duloxetin 30mg, 11/2017 - CT 3.5.2018 - Milnacipran 25mg, 10.5.2018 - Milnacipran 50mg, 20.5.2018 - Milnacipran 25mg, 24.5.2018 - CT and protracted WD Supplements: none Link to comment
