Yes I had DP and DR in withdrawal.

I have DP and DR nothing changes to me.

I feels lethargy fatigue and leg weakness etc...

I thinks that I'm in withdrawl cause I jumped off two weeks ago.

Time is the best healer. When times goes I will become better.

I sleeps about 10 or 9 hours. If I didn't sleep well. I felt shakess through the day.

When will post zero WD stabilize ?

It is Recommended to use Rhodiola and ginseng If I'm stabilize.

I read about Ginseng and Rhodila rosea these herbs has serotonic agents which will mess the nervous system when in WD

I have more wave in post zero than drug taper.

Symptoms are Cognitive impairment

leg weakness in the morning, Boredom, Restlessness can't sit in one place, Lethargy, Depersonalization.

If you haven't read this already I really suggest that you do:

The post "0" experience is all about letting your body recover from the drugs with out adding any other influences. To add other serotonic drugs would just upset the balance and cause a longer recovery. If your taper and Endgame went sell there should be very little in regards to post "0" symptoms, and what there are should stabilize and dissipate over several months. As you know each person has a different experience so it is quite difficult to put an exact time table to recovery. Let it take it's course and it will happen.

20 years on Paxil starting at 20mg and working up to 40mg. Sept 2011 started 10% every 6 weeks taper (2.5% every week for 4 weeks then hold for 2 additional weeks), currently at 7.9mg. Oct 2011 CTed 15oz vodka a night, to only drinking 2 beers most nights, totally sober Feb 2013.

Since I wrote this I have continued to decrease my dose by 10% every 6 weeks (2.5% every week for 4 weeks and then hold for an additional 2 weeks). I added in an extra 6 week hold when I hit 10mg to let things settle out even more. When I hit 3mgpw it became hard to split the drop into 4 parts so I switched to dropping 1mgpw (pill weight) every week for 3 weeks and then holding for another 3 weeks.  The 3 + 3 schedule turned out to be too harsh so I cut back to dropping 1mgpw every 4 weeks which is working better.

Final Dose 0.016mg.     Current dose 0.000mg 04-15-2017

If so, you need to reinstate the smallest dose you can as soon as possible

- Escitalopram 10mg from ages 15 - 21

- Severe crash after 4 month taper to 0

- Reinstated, stabilized, slowly tapering.

I will suggest if you have withdrawal of level 4 at least for a week . Reinstate the last dose until you have zero withdrawals

  • Escitalopram 5mg  13dec 2020 to 23 Jan  2020 for 5weeks each day.
  • Replaced escitalopram with st. John's wort 500mg 2feb2021 to 13feb 2021 for 10 days. Then again suffered panic attacks, pounding heart and chest pain. Heart rate fluctuations 90 to 100s.. 27days off of escitalopram, 900mg omega 3. Bad withdrawls
  • Reinstated 1mg escitalopram 27, 28 Feb 2021.. 0.4mg 7march to 2 April, 0.35mg 4 April to 10 April, 0.3mg 10 April to 19 April (heart palpitations, chest pain), reinstated 0.35mg 20 april continued..

It's been almost a month since you made the jump, so a reinstatement of you last dose might be too high and cause more problems. The first thing I would try is a "rescue dose". If you are using liquid then dip a toothpick into the liquid and then place it in your mouth. If you used a powder, the moisten the toothpick and pick up a tiny bit of powder and do the same. Let's see how you react to that before reinstating.

No Guys I'm going to hold without drug as much as I can.

I thought that my symptoms slowly improves like what I did in withdrawal But It doesn't.

If I got Withdrawal in taper I would hold for two to three weeks and I became symptoms free.

But in post '0' Windows and waves becomes alternative.

One day I feel like my symptoms improves but other day my symptoms becomes worse.

Up and down like Roller coaster.

What symptoms are you having and what times of day do they usually appear?

Do you go to sleep and wake up at the same time every night/morning?

How's the quality of your sleep?

Do you usually eat fish and eggs?

I personally find Omega 3 from fish oil, cooked fish and eggs must have been extremely helpful to me

I sleeps at 10.30 pm or 11.00 pm and wakes up at 7.30 or 8 o clock in the morning. If I get an early wakeup My total body shaky throughout the day.

Morning I wakes up at 7.30 or 8 o clock AM. But I can't get up from bed So I went to sleep again and compulsively get up at 9 o clock or 9.30 am.

RLS,lethargy and lightheaded  throughout the day.

When I closes my eyes I feels vertigo.

Feels like not enough sleep from last night.

I thought my symptoms improve over weeks but my symptoms becomes worse.

Feel Feared to reinstate the drug and so on.

Everything went well until 0.025mg.

At 0.025mg I felt like I got free from everything. But Everything goes reverse I don't know what to do?

You are getting classic WD symptoms from a too fast taper. Even though the doses are really small the Endgame taper can not be rushed. We tell people to listen to their body and taper accordingly, but also say to not go faster than one reduction every four weeks. According to your signature you were reducing 5% and 10% a week for several months until you jumped to "0".  This caused all the unresolved symptoms to build up in the background and then they showed up after you stopped taking the medication.

There are two things that can be done. Either ride it out or try a small reinstatement. The window for a successful reinstatement is pretty well passed. It is possible, but the chances of it causing more problems than it helps are great. Given time the symptoms will settle down and resolve on their own and things will slowly get better.

20 years on Paxil starting at 20mg and working up to 40mg. Sept 2011 started 10% every 6 weeks taper (2.5% every week for 4 weeks then hold for 2 additional weeks), currently at 7.9mg. Oct 2011 CTed 15oz vodka a night, to only drinking 2 beers most nights, totally sober Feb 2013.

.k Man

Then I have to ask some Questions ?

1.When will be my tenth wave begin I took my last dose in April I calculated my tenth wave as next year February cause Is symptoms free calculate as complete taper or withouth drug ?

2. I'm also using dip tabacco I mentioned early I want to stop that thing also. I'm going to take rhodiola which is useful for Nicotine Withdrawal. I know serotonic herbs are not allowed in Withdrawal. How long I wait for stop the nicotine with Rhodiola?

It is not a given that you will experience a ten month wave. That happens to some people but not to all.

I would not use  Rhodiola at all. It will quite likely trip off a bad wave even if you have been off of all rugs for many months and are quite stable.

As always nobody can predict the future and know how your body will react to a substance.

I would also take the conservative approach and avoid Rhodiola : your CNS is trying to repair and adjust without the drugs, adding Rhodiola can confuse the process while your body is reajusting.

I've taken Rhodiola in August 2019 during my Paxil crash, before discovering SA and understanding how the drugs remodel our brain and how complex the process can be.

Personaly it did nothing but intensify my restlessness and anxiety.

Take care ☀️

2006 : 20mg Paxil+Bromazepam. 2008 : cold turkey of both. 2010 : Reinstatement 20mg Paxil + Bromazepam.

2014-June2017 : Switch from Bromazepam to Prazepam, slow taper to 0mg.

2018 to August 2019 : Paxil 20mg taper (3% every 15 days). 22 Aug 2019 updose to 10mg (was at 8.4mg).

25th Sept 2019 To April 2020 : found SA, holding at 10mg Paxil.

April 2020 : Paxil 10mg to Prozac 7mg bridge. Details topic/21457

Current Supplements : magnesium citrate + fish oil

Current medication :

* 7pm Diazepam  : 0.85mg (15 Aug 2022) / 0.95 mg (24 April 2022) / 1mg Diazepam (since 29 Aug 2020)

* 8am Prozac : 6.16mg (25 oct 2022, feel awful, slight updose) / 6.08 mg (9 oct 2022) / 6.24mg (11 July 22) / 6.44mg (22 May 22) / 6.64mg (4 Nov 21) / 6.72mg (8 oct 21) / 6.8 mg (15 Sept 21)6.88mg (14 Aug 21)/ 6.92mg (23 Jun 21)

Rhodiola plays with your serotonin levels. Through out and after hitting "0" stabilizing our serotonin levels is what we are trying to do. Adding a substance that alters them destabilizes the whole system and can throw a person back into acute WD.

Thank God.

I was going to try this but I didn't.

Is any other way to quit Nicotine ?

I went through online most of them preferred OTC Nicotine gum to quit the nicotine I hate that which I did before taper process but I didn't find anything helpful.

What about niacin ?

One research says Cold turkey the nicotine with niacin

And another one is with  vitamin C

I add the research paper url here about niacin
