That is one of the stranger drug schedules.

There is a definite emphasis on stimulants  -- why? Do you also drink coffee? At what times of day?

Please add caffeine, Fexofenadine, and Doxylamine Succinate to your drug interactions report  https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=440-203,190-1645

If you  take Pepto Bismol regularly, please add that to your drug interactions report. Please review adverse effects of each of your drugs on Drugs.com, particularly caffeine.

At what point did you develop an upset stomach in the evenings? Did it coincide with addition of a drug?

Around 2010 I was on a pretty heavy Bupropion dose, but still have trouble concentrating at work, so the psychiatrist I was seeing at the time added the 30 mg of Adderall.

I was also having low energy, so I would drink energy drinks and/or coffee.  5 or 6 years ago I switched from caffeine drinks to caffeine pills because they were easier on my stomach, and tapered my way down from a 200 mg caffeine dose to my current 50 mg dose.  I don't drink coffee or any other caffeine containing drinks.

No major interactions (other than the Adderall-Bupropion, which I only learned about last year when I started on this site).  Therapeutic duplication is listed for the caffeine-Adderall (both stimulants) and the Fexofenadine-Doxylamine (both antihistamines).

On Saturday, my stomach upset started around 7:30p.  Last night, it started around 9:30p.  I've had similar symptoms on and off the past few weeks, usually starting closer to 9:30.  Not sure if it's from something I'm eating, or maybe a reaction to taking more of my dose as a liquid?

I'm going to try removing some things from my diet (bread, crackers) to see if that makes a difference.  I've also struggled with digestive issues in the past, so it could also just be a reaction to the constant low-medium levels of anxiety brought on by the current world situation and my own life circumstances.

Do you think maybe the caffeine might be causing your current stomach problems? It seems to cause a headache after you take it.

If I were you, I'd go off caffeine by cutting down on the caffeine pill by 1/4 every few days. Please let us know how you're doing while reducing caffeine.

Why are you taking taurine? How long have you been taking fexofenadine? Do you need to take it for allergies?

You are taking a bunch of stimulants during the day and doxylamine at night for sleep? How well is doxylamine working? How long have you been taking it?

It could very well be your stomach upset and sleep problems are caused by the combination of prescription and over-the-counter drugs you're taking. Eliminating anything that's not necessary is the first step to untangling any adverse effects. Some need to be tapered.
