Sex drive up and orgasms more intense but orgasms either make me immediately nauseous or they hurt - pain being that my body tenses up but can’t let go. Anyone experience this? - for 16 years took: morning: lexapro 10 mg, wellbutrin xl 150mg; evening: paxil 2.5 mg, zoloft 25mg - feb 22: tried to change and decreased paxil to 1.25 and zoloft to 50 and experienced eurphoria and possible mania, needed less sleep, etc. - decreased zoloft back to 25 over 2 weeks and decreased paxil to 0 - withdrawal started a few days later and increased paxil back to 1.25 - stabilized but flat after a couple days (eventually got paxil back to 2.5) - also took levaquin for possible prostatitis - never really improved and we tried deplin, different formulations of generics and brand names - Mid June 2019 lost the ability to sleep completely - 7/1/19 cold turkeyed in hospital off 2.5 paxil and shortly thereafter 25 zoloft, titrated lithium up to 1200 but settled at 900mg - 8/10/19 tried 12.5 lexapro for 2 weeks with disastrous sensitivities - 8/26/19 and currently: morning: 10 mg lexapro, 150 wellbutrin xl; evening: lithium 900 mg (Took klonopin for wknd) 9/20 tapered to 780mg lithium from 900mg - hypomania almost immediately, tinnitus, dizziness, pain, burning, freezing cold - 9/29 reinstated to 900mg lithium Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
whatshappening Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 yes been there. orgasms come a lot quicker now but for a good several months my ovaries would cramp up with shooting pain right after climaxing. But now the pain part is all gone now. Thank goodness. Effexor XR 37.5mg (1st time 2003-2004 / 2nd time 2007-2008 / 3rd time 2010-current) Attempted to get off again in July of 2015 and did a year long taper only to reinstate by June 2016 due to failed taper. By July 2017 started to give this another try. 7.01.17 - 37.5mg fast forward to 3.25.18 - 26 mg / 4.27.18 - 23.4 mg / 5.20.18 - 21 mg / 6.24.18 - 18.9 mg / 9.7.18 - 17 mg / 10.13.18 - 15 mg / 11.10.18 - 13.5 mg / 12.24.18 - 12 mg / 2.10.19 - 11 mg / 3.6.19 - Updose to 13 mg and was better only for a month so decided to continue with tapering process. / 5.18.19 - 12 mg / 6.12.19 - 11 mg / 7.7.19 - 11 mg / 8.22.19 - 10 mg / 10.4.19 - 9 mg / 11.29.19 - 8.5mg / 12.16.19 - 8 mg / 1.24.20 - 7.5mg / 3.15.20 - 6.5mg / 3.29.20 - 6 mgs / 5.9.20 - 5.5 mgs / 5.23.20 - 5 mgs / 6.29.20 - 4.5 mgs / 7.10.20 - 4.25mgs / 7.24.20 - 4 mgs / 8.18.20 - 3.75mg / 9.1.20 - 3.5 mgs / 9.29.20 - 3 mgs but Horrendous insomnia suddenly appear preventing further tapering. 10.9.20 - Effexor Updose to 3.5mg 10.18.20 - Effexor Updose to 4 - 4.5 mg but no relief and insomnia got worse so..... 11.04.20 Effexor jump! with direct switch to Prozac 10mg. 12.4 - prozac 7.5mg 12.20 - prozac 4mg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
