This sounds very interesting. I’ve never heard of it.

It really helps with anxiety?
Could you tell me a little about it?

Thanks!

During a2 to 3 minute session at -211 f , The blood vessels in your skin surface and muscle tissue constrict, pushing blood away from the outside tissues toward your core. In the core your body filter ration system removes toxins and inflammatory components of the blood

Hello

I would be very careful : in WD, it seems our CNS are hypersensitive and need rest and calm rather than radical experiences.

Have you taken a look on SA to see if others report testimonies with cryo ?

Take care

I did a search but nothing came up?
I mig try it for a minute, but like you said don’t

want to make my CNS More sensitive

Haven’t heard from you for a bit, does that mean you are getting a nice window?!?!

April 2010 - January 2018: Zoloft 50-100 mgs (would go back and forth between these doses, mostly at 50mgs).

April - May 2018: Attempted to restart Zoloft for 6 weeks, made things worse so switched to...

June 2018 - Novemeber 2019: Lexapro 10mgs

August 2018 - Current: Zyprexa added for early morning extreme anxiety

November 2018 - February 2019: Lexapro 5mgs, then off since doctor said it “wasn’t working if still having anxiety.” Looking back I was probably stabilizing very slowly.

New Doctor reinstated:

May 1st, 2019 - Current - Zoloft 50mgs, 2.5mg Zyprexa

It may be necessary to make things more accurate. The best thing would be when you are ready to start tapering to let us know and we will help with the calculations. We would need to know:

the weight of a whole tablet from your scales,

the strength of a whole table from the package,

the weight of the dose you are currently taking

the percentage you want to reduce by.

From there we can figure out just what you are currently taking and what your new dose would be. Plus we can give you the formula so you can continue to calculate your reductions on your own. We want you to get it right so we are always glad to help with the math.

The one Frogie mentioned or a clone is the one that most of us use. It is inexpensive and works pretty well.

20 years on Paxil starting at 20mg and working up to 40mg. Sept 2011 started 10% every 6 weeks taper (2.5% every week for 4 weeks then hold for 2 additional weeks), currently at 7.9mg. Oct 2011 CTed 15oz vodka a night, to only drinking 2 beers most nights, totally sober Feb 2013.

Since I wrote this I have continued to decrease my dose by 10% every 6 weeks (2.5% every week for 4 weeks and then hold for an additional 2 weeks). I added in an extra 6 week hold when I hit 10mg to let things settle out even more. When I hit 3mgpw it became hard to split the drop into 4 parts so I switched to dropping 1mgpw (pill weight) every week for 3 weeks and then holding for another 3 weeks.  The 3 + 3 schedule turned out to be too harsh so I cut back to dropping 1mgpw every 4 weeks which is working better.

Final Dose 0.016mg.     Current dose 0.000mg 04-15-2017

Hi, @Lynnardgirl,

it's been so long since Your last update, hoping it means You are doing good, but please do let us know how are You, we haven't forgotten about You and wish You all the best!

V.

Duloxetine 2016/17 - 30/60mg/30mg, c/t, light WD.

Sertraline June 2019 50mg ADR

Clorazepate June 2019 20-15-10mg for 3 weeks then sparsely until 2022, 2 times per month max and very low dose (5mg)

Clorazepate Jan2022 10mg 5 days 2,5mg 2 days then off

Venlafaxine June 2019 75mg ADR, 17,5mg, titrated to 37,5mg

Venlafaxine Jan 2022 Covid, hard ADR on 37,5mg, reduced to 20mg ADR, tried ct, crash,

Venlafaxine 22Jan22 reinstated 9,4mg, too low/ 01Feb22- 12mg/ 12Feb- 11,25mg/ 16Feb- 11mg/ 20Feb- 10,8mg/ 24Feb22-10,575mg/ 16Mar22- 10,46mg/ 26Mar22- 10,35mg/ 26Apr22- 10mg/ 01Oct- 9,9mg/ 13Nov- 9,7mg

01Jan24-7,5mg

MAR24

Due to another sudden intolerance had to fast taper venlafaxine to 1,14mg

Seems like all of this time I was in benzo withdrawal, because when I took it now in desperation to help it made me feel worse, tried reinstatement first 1mg, then 0,05mg both made me feel worse.
