I've merged the new topic with the Intro topic.

I've changed the Intro topic title to 5 weeks instead of 2.

Hello, cloud.

If sleep has become a problem for you, I have to be honest -- you have terrible sleep habits. Your sleep system is based on very regular patterns, fundamentally sunrise to sunset. When you stay up looking at a phone or computer until 2 a.m., you are confusing your sleep pattern with bright light at the time it wants darkness to sleep.

If I were you, I'd stop using phone or computer by 9 p.m.,  take 1/4 tablet mirtazapine at 10 or 11 p.m., and go to bed by 11 p.m. or midnight. Get up at the same time each morning, no later than 9 a.m.

Keeping a regular schedule will repair your sleep cycle, which may make you feel better overall.

Let us know how you're doing. After a week, you'll probably be able to stop 1/4 tablet mirtazapine. Do not skip doses, taking it inconsistently can make problems.

You should get coaching from a therapist to manage your tendencies to worry. As you're so young, if you persist in this habit, it could get a lot worse. It's better for you to learn to manage it now than to become someone dependent on psychiatric drugs.

As you have low vitamin D you need to get out in the light and at least a bit of sun.

I assume you know that light is essential for Vit D levels.

It is good that your sleep was not too bad.

It will get better if you keep a routine as Alto asked.

We want you to get better but we can only help.

You need help not drugs.

I had went to therapy today it was nice

And I took my pill tonight and I slept pretty decent

Is there any way to get my hormones balance without medication

I'm going to the doctors to get my hormones checked out

I think taking the pill at different times has caught up to me now I know I'm going through withdrawal symptoms now

It is more likely that the day when you took three quarters of a pill instead of only a quarter has caught up.

If so it will smooth out over the next few days.

This is great and I am glad you enjoyed it. You need to keep doing it in place of the drugs.

We only know about antidepressants.

Doctors are good at most things just don't understand withdrawal.

You are doing well Cloud and should be proud of yourself, just keep it up.

I slept pretty decent

I'm doing pretty good I've met with a peer support person and talked and it was nice

And we were talking about antidepressants and how most or some of us really don't need it she was also on benzo and antidepressants and she's heal and she was on it for 4 years that give me some hope to that it's possible to get better to

I'm about to go outside and get some sunlight and meditate

Not doing so well I actually didn't get any sleep last night I feel really fatigued but I might know some factors to why this is happening I drink a capri son juice which had me up all night and ate junk yesterday I broke alot of rules yesterday stayed in bed late on my cellphone in the morning i went bike riding i think that amped me up to so I'm just going to stick with walking for a while the last 2 nights i was drinking like sleeping tea I thought that was helping but clearly not i stayed on my phone went back to a bad old habbit still couldn't sleep and then tried again but had a hypic jerk once I was falling asleep but it was after 9am I been taking fish oil and magnesium citrate and Epsom salt bath but I'm just not going to take any supplements for the time being but hopefully I get some sleep today I has learn something new before I was doing the tea thing I was eating peanut butter and milk and it help me get sleepy but i stop doing it because I heard milk cause inflammatory to the brain thanks I was sleeping good and I let my guard down but thanks Sassenach

I had went to bed around 12 but still couldn't sleep I looked at the clock it was 2

It may be a little bumpy like this for a while. It's not going to last forever. So try hard to do all the right things to regulate your sleep and take good and gentle care of your body. Even then there will be some bumps. It will pass and you will get to be young again, I promise! 🙂

I would normally be telling you how silly that was, but actually it was good.

Why, because you recognised what happened and  the reasons, would you have done a month ago?

9 minutes ago, Cloudskishawna said:

magnesium citrate and Epsom salt bath

I suggest you keep doing these as they help relax you.

Remember never change more than one thing at once, you will not know which is working otherwise.

We all have silly days sometimes, just learn from them.

So, early to bed tonight, phone off, blinds closed and take your meds.

From tomorrow you will be drug free and we go from there.

Sleep well

So I'm just dealing with the withdrawal insomnia I just pray and hope that my normal sleep pattern comes back and I had went to get my blood test my cholesterol was high I think and my thyroid was low and the doctor said she going to test me again in 6 weeks to see if it gets better she said if not then I'm going to have to see a endocrinologist for hypothyroidism this is all so crazy to me I want to go back to old me I mean I did obsessed alot back then but I was able to snap out of it but now this drug has made everything worse from ocd to anxiety  I think I never even have depression they just that label on me I think anyone who has went couple days without sleep would be depressed

Junk food can be a contributor to this.

Have you looked this up online.

It could explain a lot of your issues.

But you are nearly off.

Your doctor can then deal  with your physical symptoms.

You will get well Cloud as long as you look after yourself too.

Try and sleep well tonight.
