Johni: I want to break free

Hello @composter   . Yes I did it. It seems to have helped even on despiritedness. I started training again and I'm eating healthy. There are 1-2 days when my mood fluctuates but nothing serious. Tomorrow I'm going to drop another 5%. How are you? Hi Attila.

Great news, Attila. Glad you are eating healthy and staying active, and the mood issues have not been serious. Are you sticking with the general rule of 10% cuts per month?

I'm pretty stable these days, thanks for asking. Just proceeding with a very slow taper, about 5% cuts each month.

Hello @composter
Yes, of course, I keep on. The amount is decreased by 5% in every 2 weeks. I'm glad you're doing well. I always try to keep myself busy and happy to be able to train again. Hi Attila

Hi. From the point of view of pssd is there any difference to decrease?

Hi!I've decided that I'll try the 2.5% weekly reduction. I wonder how my mood will swing, will it be less? I hope, everybody is fine. Greetings

Hi
Yesterday I've reached -20%. I'm so irritable that I can't handle it. My question is, is it worth keeping until this goes away? Or is it a symptom that will be permanent?
I hope everybody is fine.

Hi
I thought I'd check-in. I recently reached -30%.
I tolerate it surprisingly well. My mood is a bit flat but I’m also pretty active that may help. I exercise 5-6 times a week. I hope everybody is fine. Greetings from Hungary
