Hello.I’m  taking 2 ladose (prozac) of 20 mg every day. But I realised that previously when i was taking one cipralex (lexapro),I was feeling much better and I want to start taking again this peel. But I don’t know how to pass from prozac to lexapro. I heard that the best is to reduce the prozac before I start taking the Lexapro.Could you please help me and tell me what I can do? (Now I’m taking one prozac when I wake up and one at night at 10 o’clock. Please answer me if you  can!

Did you just stop Cipralex and start Prozac?

What symptoms are you experiencing, are the they getting better or worse?

Did your doctor recommend the switch from Cipralex to Prozac.

I started taking Lexapro last year because of panic attack disorder and depression. I was taking it since the end of that summer and I was great! But I had a problen at waking up in the morning. So I started the prozac one and I’m taking from the end of the summer (last days of August) since now. I’m taking one when I wake up and one at ten o’ clock at night,but I had a better mood with the Lexapro.So I’m thinking of start taking it again..I do not want to try other pilla therefore

You are almost certainly having withdrawal symptoms from the swap from Cipralex to Prozac.

If you try and change back it will make you worse.

I forgot to tell you that I am taking 20 mg  every time

Slowly I started reducing the Lexapro and then I took Prozac,I’m taking them since the last days of August

Because of Lexapro I couldnt wake up in the morning,I was sleeping very heavy. So my psychiatrist told me to start Prozac...But I was the best version of myself with Lexapro...I was the happiest person alive and miss myself when I was taking it

Please help me..I miss me so much

My psychiatrist told me that I will be good with Lexapro if I fix the time that I sleep

But I was much happier with the Lexapro
