Hi Giulietta, I’m doing okay. Taking a bit of a break from the daily notes and just trying to spend some time restoring a neglected portion of the yard on these days without rain. How are you doing? I’ve been so out of touch I need to take a look at your thread. I did have a strange panic attack last night, like a flashback from August/September xanax withdrawal where I wake up abruptly but still feel like I’m asleep and don’t know where I am and it’s almost as if the attack seizes my brain and keeps me stuck in this delusional state between waking and sleeping. I couldn’t calm down just had to wait it out. Are you feeling better now, I hope? I find after these it may take me hours for my brain etc. to reset back to normal. It's like a windows and waves bit. That we are able to identify what it is and let it ride itself out is helpful. I have had some of these recently - and they are none too pleasant. Big hug. 💖 I'm doing OK - thank you. Haven't had any physical issues since going beadless. Would like something sweet now but there is nothing int he house. Just as well. It is pouring here - supposed to clear up tonight. Angus is resting contentedly in the corner (new location after I rearranged two pieces of furniture) - which he really likes - on some batting. I hope you are feeling better now. Hugs, G. Mentor Cocopuffz17 Posted May 21, 2020 Mentor Share Posted May 21, 2020 Hey! How are you doing? Are you still following the Dr.G lifestyle? I follow The Plant Paradox lifestyle by Dr.Gundry. This lifestyle has given me my life back and I feel better than I have ever felt in my life. It has enabled me to finally get off of this medication and truly live my life. Nutrition is the key to health!!!!! 2008 to 2019 - 20 mg Paroxetine Attempted 2 CT's around the 5-6 year mark. Were absolutely terrible and reinstated. Was never explained by the doctor the seriousness of the short half life of this drug. 2017 - Attempted a tapered discontinuation of this drug and reinstated after being unsuccessful. 2019 - Feb. 12 - After a three month taper I am off of paroxetine. The 3 months were terrible, awful withdrawal feelings. I followed the doctors guidelines for the reduction of this drug and now know it was way too fast. 2019 - Oct. 12 - 8 months off paroxetine. 75% improvement since coming off the drug. Definitely have had tons of challenges along the way. Let’s go!!!! 2021 - Feb. 12 - 24 months off paroxetine. I have minor challenges now. Tinnitus/Headaches are still around but are reduced by a massive amount. Link to comment

Cathy4
I'm sorry it's been so long. I think I hoped W/D would go away and I don't think it has. I went completely off the klonopin 12/2020 and now I'm down to 15mgai sertraline. I need to update my signature. Still experiencing windows/waves pattern. Currently been struggling with severe depression, feeling really dead inside (can't get excited about anything), constipation, some other symptoms. I've tried so many different things to feel better. I hope everyone is coping as best as they can. Hugs to everyone. Cathy4
I wonder if anyone else has had this experience: dropping in dosage, feeling better for almost 6 weeks, but then back into the sludge of withdrawal. It's so strange. My last decrease was October 6th, and a couple weeks after that I started feeling better (which lasted all of November 2021), but then in December, things just took a turn for the worst: sleep very disturbed again, feeling completely dead inside and like there's just no point to anything at all, feeling very restless yet depressed simultaneously, etc. I mean, I'm even exercising, eating pretty decent (both of which I'm extremely grateful for), yet I still feel really bad most of the time. It's so strange. It's like no matter what I do, I can't feel better. My brain/mind just feel like they are offline. Things just aren't right. I mean, they haven't been right since the fall of 2019, but there are times when I've felt like my brain is actually working. Just needed to vent, thanks. 1999-2006 Luvox, xanax 2007-2009 Prozac, xanax, klonopin 2009-2018 Zoloft, xanax, klonopin 2019 January zoloft 150mg, February 100mg, April 75mg, mid-May 50mg, July 25mg, (xanax .5mg or .25mg as needed) August zoloft 25mg HOLD, CT xanax, reinstate 50mg zoloft, September reinstate 100mg zoloft w/.375 klonopin, mid-September lower to 75mg zoloft 2020 January: .125mg klonopin February 1st: .112mg klonopin February 24th: 60.3mgai zoloft 2020 December 1st: off klonopin completely currently on 15mgai zoloft Link to comment
