As I am a nurse, I sometimes get blood sugar but my rate is good. Perhaps some protein with every meal? A banana is not much of a meal. It seems to me 1.58mg paroxetine might be metabolized quickly and you are getting interdose withdrawal in the late afternoon and evening. Adding 0.5mg fluoxetine may stabilize you through the night and enable you to go off paroxetine. This is not medical advice. rola Posted December 8, 2019 Author Share Posted December 8, 2019 hello to all day 60 to 1.58mg or 0.79ml paxil awake at 4H00 am 8:30 am 1.58mg paxil I'd feel tired and dizzy all morning. but I prepare food but no cleaning 12:00 pm meal I don't want to go out because I'm tired but I have to because my big daughter is at home and she wants to go shopping 1:00 p. m. went out into town but I don't drive I feel fine no anxiety, no vision disorder, just dizziness. comes home at 6:00 p. m. 18 H preparation of a vertical meal, loss of balance but I am forcing myself 7:30 pm meal 20H to 20h30 brain zap 9:00 p. m. tv goes to bed at 11:00 p. m. up at 6:00 a. m. it is very difficult for me not to show any of my symptoms because there is no one around me who is aware of my situation except of course my doctor quack. the hardest part I think is when I go on holiday for Christmas holidays. but I try to stay positive and fortunately I found this forum because I feel less alone and thank you for being there I hope you all have a good day. If i were you and i were celebrating christmas, when any thing bother me, i would tell myself: iam not alone at all, if anything isn't ok, i wont feel sorry because there are people who undeestand me. It is very good you can force yourself to do activities despite dizziness, this is a sign you have confidence❤️. Iam sorry i didn't pass by your thread to support you but i always think of you rola. Good night ❤️ i wasn't on a certain drug all the period. i took many drugs many times and for no very long period but to simplify. --fluvoxamine maleate100 mg + amisulpride 200mg------started july 2012 and total taper in february 2015 ( 9 months without drugs then) --sertraline 100mg -------started november 2015 and total taper (withoud reduction slowly) in november 2016( 4 months withoud drugs then). --sertraline 100mg + quetiabine 25mg ( started in mars 2016 and for 7 months) then fluvoxamine maleate 100mg again for another 7months and after that a something like to use every drug for 14 days and for about 1.5 years. --my last drug was trintellix 10 mg ( used it in 12/2018and total taper in 4/2019). symptomts i have now ( bad concentration and problems in short and long memory+ bad depersonalization).
