Level 21 0.82 ml x 3.00% = 0.02 ml 0.82 - 0.02 = 0.79 ml Titration (calculations) : For one ml, we have 1.50 /25.00 ml = 0.06000 We keep: 0.79/0.06000 = 13.19 Remove : 25.00 - 13.19 = 11.81 Titration: 11.81 ml to be removed. There remains: 13.19 ml to drink. while knowing that I always put 1.5ml of paxilI started my withdrawal in December 2014 from 20mg at 10% and then on August 22nd 2015 I reached 4.8ml so 9.6mg at 5%.January 2016 4ml so 8mg at 3%. February 2018 1.5ml so 3mg at 3%. It's been five years since I started withdrawal. That's a long time.😪I had to skip a dose in August to complicate things. en septembre 2019 :I went up from 1.4mg to 1.58mg but the situation is not getting better. I am suggesting that you do a small updose and stay on just the Deroxat until you stabilize and then taper off, along with some changes in diet. Alto is suggesting that you do a cross taper from Deroxat to prozac slowly decreasing the Derozat while slowly increasing the prozac until you are just taking prozac then stabilize and taper off of that. Once a decision has been made then I will be glad to help formulate a plan and work out dosage calculations, but I can't make the decision as to which path to follow. 20 years on Paxil starting at 20mg and working up to 40mg. Sept 2011 started 10% every 6 weeks taper (2.5% every week for 4 weeks then hold for 2 additional weeks), currently at 7.9mg. Oct 2011 CTed 15oz vodka a night, to only drinking 2 beers most nights, totally sober Feb 2013. Since I wrote this I have continued to decrease my dose by 10% every 6 weeks (2.5% every week for 4 weeks and then hold for an additional 2 weeks). I added in an extra 6 week hold when I hit 10mg to let things settle out even more. When I hit 3mgpw it became hard to split the drop into 4 parts so I switched to dropping 1mgpw (pill weight) every week for 3 weeks and then holding for another 3 weeks. The 3 + 3 schedule turned out to be too harsh so I cut back to dropping 1mgpw every 4 weeks which is working better. Final Dose 0.016mg. Take the pill to stop the periods, cause I was supposed to get them today. But I have period pains.7:00 p.m., sleep in front of the TV. falls asleep around 11:30. The tachycardia started when I started weaning myself off. And I know it's from the deroxat. As for the instability, it's when I'm on my feet I'm unstable and I don't know how to explain it. I know you want me to switch to fluoxetine, but I'm afraid I can't take it. A long time ago my doctor wanted to change and gave me citalopran, I think? And I was really sick, I lost my job, and I was in a car accident. So I went back on paxil. I don't remember why he gave me citalopran. I think I was trying to wean myself off it, and he gave me citalopran. I'm on the pill so I don't have a period. thank you and I wish you a good party. So you would throw out 11.34mL and drink 13.66mL. If you save the 11.34mL is a small bottle them you would get a "free dose" every few days. There is no way of telling how long a person will take to stabilize, it could be a couple of weeks or months, maybe longer. It's one of the most frustrating parts of trying to taper. Went out for a walk twice. 115 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon. anxiety 0 instability 0 took an hour's nap. It's been a long time. I went to bed at 11:30, woke up this morning at 8:00... good sunday to all Hope for a good day. It could be lack of vitamin B12 or iron. Please don't worry about dark circles under your eyes or cholesterol. None of these are related to Paxil or antidepressant withdrawal syndrome, though you should be sure to address low vitamin B12. Please append TIMES OF DAY (09:00, etc.) to your daily symptom notes, in this format. As we discussed before, symptoms regularly occurring in the evening may be from Paxil wearing off. Since you're sleeping fairly well, I would not make any big changes, particularly quitting Paxil when it appears you already get interdose withdrawal in the evening. This is not medical advice. I have instability that bothers me and I can't stay up for long and I'm hungry all the time, the symptoms get worse around 6pm.
