Rosabell : Two months off of Effexor

Hi @Altostrata, I take 10 beads per day at 10:30 am.

i had been doing 5 beads per day at 6pm for a week but saw no improvement so followed your advice to up to 10 and take it in the morning. You think that my ideal dose is somewhere between 5 and 10 beads? I just haven't found the sweet spot yet?

i know my CNS is totally off kilter so I am reluctant to keep changing too much, but I am sure you have heard that all before from the myriad of us on here who somehow expect you to be able to predict the future and tell us EXACTLY what to do to make us better yesterday.  

i meant to say synthroid medication, for an under active thyroid, it is the only thing that I differently yesterday and my anxiety ramped up within hours of taking it.

Do you have any insight on how long the effexor beads stay in the stomach? I would like to know as I am nauseous on and off and worry that I will vomit them up - just another thing to add to my anxiety of course!!

Rosabell, I don't want to scare you but it's been nearly 3 months since I reinstated and I still feel like s***. Doesn't mean it is gonna be the same for you, you may be more lucky.

If Altostrata read this post, can you please explain what are the symptoms you feel in post acute withdrawal phase ? 

I'm scared to death of been stuck in withdrawal, I wish I never took antidepressant.
