numbedout: Healed from DP/DR?

I’ve had severe derealization and depersonalization for 6th months after going cold-turkey off of abilify. This is one of my scariest and debilitating symptoms. Is there anyone that has healed from this that can give me some hope? I just wanna feel like my old self again. I’m only 20, I feel like I had just started my life but now I’m pretty much confined to the house and non functional because of this.

When did you C/T Abilify?

How long were taking Abilify?

What dose were you taking?

Were or are currently taking any other drugs.

Are you taking any supplements?

Do you have other symptoms and if so what are they.

You are young so time  and youth are on your side.
