We are going to sigthsee, we are going to shopping malls etc. I am going to my job. This isn't a Covid stress, of course wearing a mask gives some worry, but this isnt the one which it creates stress, this is chemical stemming from last year. I can clearly feel. I found that eating low histamine diet is a key of reducing extra suffering even it doesnt resolve problems itself. Because, it works upon also Histamine receptors. Now, i ll ask you some questions. I am taking my steps carefully and going forward slowly. But sometimes my intense anxiety is too hard to cope with.I holded for a longtitude of 5 months last year and didnt see too much improvement and pushed until now in tiny amounts. I am happy i havent had almost no sxs apart from anxiety. I ignore brain fog, some dizziness etc. So, should i be happy i havent had horrific WD since mh hospital times. juneight Posted October 23, 2020 Author Share Posted October 23, 2020 Is there anyone who develop Ulcer/Gastritis/Reflux?Histamin Intolerance is itself difficult to cope.But this one makes it harder.I am also on H1 blocker Remeron.I dont want to be medicated because of negative results in terms of relapse. Most people suggest bitter melon&olive oil extract. Histamine food intolerance I'm not familiar with the supplements you mentioned and don't see threads dedicated to them, but you can google "surviving antidepressants" + "name of supplement" to research various supplements or you can use the search box to see if anyone may have mentioned it on the forum. Now, i have been taking balance problems out of blue for 2,5 weeks. Thankfully, Sea Bands have worked to a degree as keeping my functionality. Do you think the best thing is holding and resting? Because it also gives me anxiety as if i would suddenly fall down. I have heard about Remeron could give it as a side efffect until 7.5 mgs. It is the first time in tapering journey and so frustrating. Especially anxiety that it gives. My gut flora is healing Vit C disaster and also i am taking side effects due to Rem i think. Every Wd problem is boring, but when dizzy one cant go on his life correctly, even walking even even standing could be a challange. If you have lived that, you should know this feeling. Fellows hit 8, 9, 10 mgs all say almost they have this temporary feeling. But the boring issue is it is uninterrupted on me. It has been 2,5 weeks on me. Do you also think it is giving much anxiety than WD, because it absolutely does for me. Why is this happening? This is the first time i have this kind of depression.
