Yes I did, I did mention this in the August 1. Posting. But I  noticed that I hadn’t changed my signature so I have corrected that. I had been on the 18.8 ml for five weeks so I tapered 2%.

Did these symptoms "agitated, tremors really bad, unmotivated" increase after you took pregabalin?

They may have, it’s hard to know because at 6:30 in the morning I take my first dose of pre-Gabalin. And then I know during the day I have trouble with tremors all day and agitation. Sometimes they get progressively worse in the morning until I take my 2 o’clock dose.I don’t always take applesauce with my Medication I just make sure I have something in my stomach.

Everyday. Last year I was all over the place when taking my pre-Gabalin sometimes I was at 150 and i would go to 125 and to hundred and back up again so I made a real mess of it last year. I was also taking sertraline 50 mg at that time. This year has been a little more organized I’ve been tapering down 10% up untilJune and then July I start tapering 2% because I found the 10% too much. Maybe I’m expecting too much and need to take a lot more time healing.

I measure out 25 millilitres of water and mix it with 25 mg pregabalin caplet. Then I remove what I need to in order to make up my dose. I’m not sure how to report that when it’s in liquid form because it’s not really milligrams.

I found out that the sertraline could be the cause of my tremors which I would really like to resolve. How would I do that now that I’m in the midst of tapering my Pregabalin?

How often do you have itchy skin in the morning?

7 hours ago, Pens said:

Would you be mixing the powder in the caplet in the water?

This recipe yields 1mg pregabalin in 1mL water. Rather than reporting your pregabalin doses as 18.4mL, please report as 18.4mg.

Do your tremors get worse after you take sertraline? This is not apparent in your daily notes. We need to see how you're feeling before and after you take each dose of each drug.

Do you feel any different since you've slightly reduced pregabalin?

I have dry skin all the time now since taking these meds. I need to use lotion more often. I wake up and then my tremors start before I even take anything. By noon they’re really bad so no they don’t get worse after taking sertraline. I’ve really noticed it this week since I tapered. My anxiety has also increased since I tapered. They start to settle a bit after 7:00 p.m.

yes I do open the caplet and mix the powder in the water. I will try to remember to put mg Instead of ml.

I feel like I have a bit more clarity. My thinking isn’t as muddied. My tremors have gotten worse though. My stomach feels like it’s healing that could also have something to do with the fact that I’m eating healthier I don’t know. I am also experiencing more anxiety and I feel weepy.

What time do your tremors start in the early morning?

How long have you been taking pregabalin and sertraline on this same daily schedule (same times o'clock)?

Please note I have been asking for the time o'clock of all the events you're noting. The time o'clock is important, also if something happens at the same time each day.

Please answer the second question!

Why do you think pregabalin is causing the tremors and not sertraline?

Please read my questions carefully and answer clearly, do not make me ask them over and over. I am asking them for a reason, to figure out what's causing your symptoms. Every time you skip responding to my questions, not only do I have to review your topic to compose them again, causing more work for me, it delays finding a potential resolution to your symptoms.

Yes, when I wake up before I take pregabalin the tremors start out mild and then get stronger throughout the day.  usually in my hands and right foot.

Since May 23, 2021. Before that I took my 4:30 p.m. sertraline dose at 5 PM I changed it as per my conversation with one of the administrators who suggested I might move it up closer to the morning as it may be keeping me awake at night. I thought I would do this gradually so that’s why i’m taking sertraline at 4:30 PM.  Before that the schedule was pretty close 7 AM preGabalin, 1 PM pre-Gabalin, 5 PM sertraline, 7 PM pregabalin, I was trying to adjust the time so that it would be spaced more evenly.

A change from 5 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for sertraline is negligible. Why did you not continue to move it earlier in the day?

Your nervous system may have changed since 2015 and may now be reacting poorly to sertraline.

I am very confused by your signature. It says you started pregabalin in May 2020, you were also taking sertraline then. You had gone off mirtazapine and tried escitalopram. You must have reinstated sertraline in May 2020. You said your tremors started about this time, is that correct?

It seems to me you may be allergic to pregabalin but the tremors may be from sertraline or whatever happened after you went off mirtazapine.

We need your daily notes to verify and monitor. This is only an Internet forum, we cannot read your mind or look into your nervous system from afar. Your daily notes are all we have to go on, in order to guess what would make you feel better.

hi @Pens, iam sorry to read u are not good these days. i hipe u are able to be fine soon. i think u are suffering from stomach problems like me but good news i have known a technique which i think it made a great difference for me. well, daily when i wake up from sleep, i used to eat food directly and not in batches but now i only eat a very small amount of food( 2 olives for example) and then wait for 20 minutrs in average. this gives my stomach the ability to not be sensitive for food. i tried this and my life changed alot. i dont knoe whether u tried this or not. just try it if u didnt before and i hope u feel improvement.

hope i hear good news from u soon.

i wasn't on a certain drug all the period. i took many drugs many times and for no very long period but to simplify.

--fluvoxamine maleate100 mg + amisulpride 200mg------started july 2012 and total taper in february 2015 ( 9 months without drugs then)

--sertraline 100mg -------started november 2015 and total taper (withoud reduction slowly) in november 2016( 4 months withoud drugs then).

--sertraline 100mg + quetiabine 25mg ( started in mars 2016 and for 7 months) then fluvoxamine maleate 100mg again for another 7months and after that a something like to use every drug for 14 days and for about 1.5 years.

--my last drug was trintellix 10 mg ( used it in 12/2018and total taper in 4/2019).

symptomts i have now ( bad concentration and problems in short and long memory+ bad depersonalization).
