Currently have waves and sometimes windows since I last dropped my dose from 10mg to 20mg last july. Should I be stable by now or could this be 'poopout' of the drug because I've been on it for some time. Please if anyone could help I would be grateful. Started citalopram 20mg august 2012 age 23 to help depression/mood swings. Only ever taken this drug. Aug 2012- Citalopram 20mg, On and off Nov 2016- 10 mg citalopram Feb 2018- fast tapered 6 weeks. Severe withdrawal. July 2018- 20mg citalopram, July 2019- 10mg citalopram 15/04/20 having windows and waves. holding on 10mg. Symptoms. Racing thoughts, exhaustion/tiredness, Headache constantly, Fatigue, Hard to concentrate. Axiety/depression. Link to comment
