Welcome to SA, Doreen.  I have a few questions.

1. When did you start the 25mg Lamictal?

2. Are you on any other psychiatric drugs other than Lamictal and Prozac?

3.Have you recently stopped any psychiatric drugs?

4. What dosage seroquel were you on, when did you stop it and how fast did you taper?

I see from your tags that you indicate you are unstable.  Could you explain your symptoms, what you think caused you to be unstable (a fast drug taper?), and how long you've been unstable.

We recommend tapering by no more than 10% of your current dose of Prozac every four weeks.

Why taper by 10% of my dosage?

The following link is specifically about tapering Prozac, including how to get the nonstandard doses you'll need for your 10% taper.

Tips for tapering off Prozac (fluoxetine)

We don't recommend a lot of supplements on SA, as many members report being sensitive to them due to our over-reactive nervous systems, but two supplements that we do recommend are magnesium (glycinate is a good form) and omega 3 (fish oil). Many people find these to be calming to the nervous system.

Magnesium, nature's calcium channel blocker

Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil)

Add in one at a time and at a low dose in case you do experience problems.

@Doreen

If you will look at the rectangular black tags directly under your username in the upper left corner, you will see that you entered "seroquel" and "unstable."

Doreen, I received your message in the SA contact emails and understand you wish to leave.

I did a little investigating as to why the tags are marked with "seroquel" and "unstable" and from the moderator logs, it looks like your first post was moved from another member's thread and for some unknown reason, it kept the tags for that member's thread.

I apologize for this. It's a software glitch that shouldn't happen.

I've updated your tags to reflect the two drugs you posted about in your opening post (Prozac and Lamictal).

I hope you continue posting, but if you do wish to leave, @Gridley has provided the information in his link above.
