I think the new med is helping. I am tolerating it just fine and in the, past week, I am noticing my mood, energy and level of motivation improving. The dizziness has decrease immensely. I still have times when it comes on strong but the duration is of a much shorter time. I feel like I can manage it now whereas before I was unable to do so. I’m still having some strong surges of anxiety but I upped my dose eight days ago. Doc says to give it two more weeks.  I’m also doing counseling because I must learn to manage my anxiety. A pill is not the magic solution. I have a lot of work to do on myself.  
 

I’m so glad you are seeing some improvement especially with the dizziness it’s such an awful symptom! And that you are tolerating the drug. 
how did the second vaccine go ?
I had no problem with the first  vaccine no side effects. 
haven’t heard when I am to have my second shot. 
it’s so nice seeing the environment slowly starting to get back to normal . 
looking forward to sunny days outside this summer sitting in a nice garden centre.,

I had my second vaccination dose this past Thursday. I really lucked out🙏🏻 I had no flu like symptoms. Nothing at all. My poor husband got hit with the common flu like side effects, really bad body aches, yesterday. He’s better today but still not feeling 100%. I’m hoping this AD is the right one. I am having good periods during the day so that encourages me. In two weeks I have my next appointment with the doctor and he will then determine if it is the right choice.  I really don’t want to have to make a change to a new one. 
I agree with you. This summer will be so much better than last year’s. And now, having been vaccinated, creates such a relief when I’m out and about. I still will always wear my mask but I feel so much safer. 
I hope your second injection is also uneventful. 
I will keep you updated and check in with you on your journey.

Hi. @longroadhome. Sorry I haven’t been checking in more often. I guess that annoying fear inside me doesn’t want to say too much at this point. I started with a new Psychiatrist this past Monday and I have high hopes for him. I got an immediate sense of trust when we began talking. I am still on the same new med, he only took me back 10 mg as his thoughts were that the other doc had me titrate up in dose too fast. And yes, I think the dizziness is slowly fading away 🙏🏻I feel a lot better. I still have significant anxiety but I think it is slowly becoming less intense. I can almost sense my life being restored 🙏🏻💖🙏🏻
 

I hope toy progress continues and you find full relief soon.

The dizziness has gotten a lot better but I’m having a considerable amount of anxiety. The new AD should be helping with that. So frustrating. I have a doc appointment tomorrow so we’ll see what he thinks. If it’s not one thing it’s another.

it may take a little while for the AD to work on the anxiety. You’re half way there. 
 

im holding at the moment due to selling my house and hopefully buying another. This hasn’t  happened yet as there’s not enough houses on the market and too many people wanting to buy so prices are inflated to start with snd people are still bidding way over the asking price . I’ve missed out on four houses so far as the estate agents here go to best and final offer and I’ve never been good at gambling !! Lol 

Are you back out in the world and doing things? 
im back at work mornings and now seeing friends for coffee and lunch which is nice.

Yes, I’m trying to get out more. We having been experiencing a brutally hot Summer with many forest fires, not nearby, but we still get a lot of the smoke in the air from miles away. So it hasn’t been pleasant to work in the garden and many plants have dried up. I can’t wait until we get some much needed rain. 
I hope you find a home soon 🤞🏻The real estate market is crazy here too.

Hi. Thanks for asking❤️I’m doing pretty good. I’d say the dizziness is about 90% better. Still working with some morning anxiety but it’s very manageable. How are things with you?

That’s great to hear I’m so pleased for you. 
Im still tapering and down to a low dose of Paxil but still about another 14 months to get off completely .  I try to not think too far ahead and go at it one day at a time. 
still having floaty boat and hoping this will resolve somewhere down the line.

Hi. Thanks for checking in!  I’m feeling much better. The floaty boat is gone but anxiety still creeps in from time to time but it is manageable. I thank God all day every day. I’m sorry you’re still experiencing symptoms. Your tenacity to beat this is such an inspiration to so many.

@ConnerIm sorry you are suffering with this. Unfortunately nothing I tried helped so I found a new and excellent psychiatrist and went back on ADs. It took time with dose adjustment, but I am 95% better; a little light headed some days and some low level anxiety but nothing that is debilitating.
