I was not working properly. I went to work the first week. The insomina didn't hit 0 hours until the 3rd night off the drug. Then I was home over 3 week christmas and new year. I thought I would die from lack of sleep. Especially after reinstating at a a high dose and still getting no sleep. But no job to do then. I had burning/pressure/aching/inflamed brain feeling and and feeling like fluids were moving through it. I spent time with my parents thinking it was the last days. Even moved in with them. After that month I was working from my own home at my computer, very inefficiently but I was logging two hours per day to get by.

 

Are you actually getting some sleep on clozapine?  Otherwise like ChessieCat says it makes no sense to get dependent on it.  Just going with a slightly higher dose of olanzapine and at night might help vs panic attacks too. You don't know it was olanzapine that gave the initial bad reaction?

You are amazing. You can get through that. 

 

 

I am much better now, consuming depakote 250mg. All the panic attack are gone now. Its weird. Right now i feel like normal

 

 

I got good sleep from clozapine, olanzapine doesnt let me stay asleep. While clozapine does. 

 

Now i am consuming depakote as additional meds. I will taper olanzapine since it doesnt give me any benefit.

Well thanks so are you and everyone else going through withdrawals, or just the damages of being on the chemicals. A far worse epidemic than covid in terms of number of afflicted people and life years lost. Hard to face the chemical companies are doing this to people.  Congrats on having a window.

Could please explain more on your window, what kind of experience you had? 

 

I am on depakote now ,feeling little numb. But feeling better. I feel like my chest was bleeding before on depakote.

If Depakote worked so well the first time you were on it, why did you end up adding Abilify in addition to the olanzapine and Depakote ER you were already on at the time?

No one knows. Dependency is very individual. One person may become very dependent on olanzapine and someone else on clozapine. 

 

If clozapine is helping you sleep, then you should stick with it, knowing you'll need to taper it later.

Thanks Cheesiecat to remind me again. Your reply makes me calm. I learnt from hypnotherapy today, i am fully responsible for my self including my emotion. Second i am independent person, i need to do everything by myself, it gives me strength. Lastly i need to care about my family since they all i got. I am fully grown man and i need to stand by my self and face the bitter fact i need the meds and i will taper later on. It will be long journey,  i can do it.

Yes, it appears that immediate release could be dissolved.

Do read through the whole link carefully.  As there would need to be a conversion of dose, and when taken,  to immediate release from the ER.

And then there are other options to consider as well.

Depakote sprinkles,  or part liquid and part solid form.

 

And please be patient with yourself now, and try to avoid any more rapid changes in your drugs.

Read through the previous posts to you as well.

In my country theres only depakote 250mg. No 125mg or sprinkles. Its makes me stress out. If Depakote ER could last one day, how long non ER last? Should i take twice a day?
