Hello Bluemoon, Unfortunately, nobody can predict how long a symptom will last. There's just too much of unknown about our brain, about these molecules and about healing process. But what we do know is that people tend to get better as time passes, and that carefull tapers seems to help our CNS to make his repair work I'm glad that you're seeing progress, enjoy those sweet hours of sleep ❤️ I can't tell if it's your case or if it is related to Seresta, but I just wanted to tell you that sleep can often be an issue during pregnancy. I personnaly never had a child, but it seems that a lot of mum around me have had issues with sleep during this special time. I remember well how much a friend struggled during all her pregnancy with very little sleep whereas she never had insomnia before. And just 6 weeks ago, you were at 40 mg, which is a 25% reduction from where you're currently at. I know you're dealing with other issues and are wanting to decrease this drug due to your pregnancy, but if you do have severe symptoms, especially with insomnia, over the coming days, you may want to do a small updose. Bluemoon3
I've been exhausted for about 4 days until noon. I have to stay in bed. I wonder if it's pregnancy. What is good, though, is that even though I fall asleep at midnight and wake up around 4 or 5am, I can at least fall back to sleep 2 hours before noon. If I try to get up at 5 a.m. I have low blood pressure and faintness. The gynecologist says it's normal to have low blood pressure when you're pregnant. But I wonder if it's the withdrawal or the pregnancy that keeps me in bed till noon. However, in the afternoon I have energy, I go out. - July 2020 : Olanzapine and Chlorpromazine (Largactil) 300mg - August 2020 : abruptly stopped Olanzapine (no withdrawal symptoms) - August 2020 : abrutly stopped Largactil : 4 sleepless nights -> took it again - August 2020 - November 2020 (4 months) : decreased gradually Largactil - 2 December 2020 : Stopped Largactil -> no sleep - 13 Nov 2020 : Started Seresta (Oxazepam) to sleep : 15mg -> loss of concentration, could sleep 5/6hrs - Beginning of Dec 2020 : 40mg of Seresta to sleep about 5/6 hrs - Dec 19, 2020 : 35mg of Seresta at night - Dec 26, 2020 : 32,5mg of Seresta at 9pm - Jan 13, 2021 : 30mg of Seresta at 9.30pm Main pbs : no concentration, internally agitated, little sleep Link to post

Bluemoon3
I had a medical check up yesterday. It appears that by blood pressure is low. It was also low last time. Can it be a symptom of withdrawal ? Or Seresta ? It started when I took Seresta to stop largactil. It can happen sometimes in pregnancy. But the doctor said we need to look at it carefully.
