I haven’t taken it since May2020 since then I have developed severe insomnia and severe palpations at night with general anxiety through the day and tinnitus. It’s that bad I’m unable to work as physically I’m a mess without the sleep. I’m lucky if I get the total amount of 2days sleep a week. im currently on 15mg mitazepine for the sleep and i take Vit D, zinc and magnesium I never had sleep issues before or prolonged palpations when trying to sleep. I keep telling myself there’s nothing to worry about but I literally have panic attacks as soon as I lie down. how long does this torture last, how do I get out of it and stop it?
