Tight Scalp Muscles

Hi everybody,

So far in my WD journey tight scalp muscles are one of the rare symptoms that remain.

It feels like a constant reminder that I am still in WD.

📌I experiance it even when I am not stressed.

📌It feels like it is “always” there. Even when I suddenly wake up from a dream.

📌It is mostly happening at the back of my head.

📌It does not lead to a headache and I do not suffer from migrenes.

📌Prior to WD, I cannot say that tense scalp was my reactions to everyday stress.

It leads me to believe that constant presence of this tension is due to sensitive NS and body’s physiology in repair. What do you think?

Beside massages, any suggestions on how to deal with them OR what makes them worse?
