Thank you pax , I pray that it’s not covid 🤞 every little thing I eat hurts when it goes into my stomach , yesterday I had splurged on sushi (lion king roll) and tempura , scarfed it down and my stomach felt weird , maybe it could be that , my head hurts so bad and legs , I never really have physical symptoms with withdraw

It hasn’t stopped it’s 3:24 am and I can’t take it anymore along with the leg pain and head pain and ear pain now I feel like I gotta throw up , I feel like I’m dying , I keep praying to god , I’m suffering a lot , what is this

I may have to go to the hospital, but I’m so scared they will give me meds , pain meds or contrast for a mri or something , what’s the worst that can happen if give me those , ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME

It's extremely unlikely.  I'm at least 99.9% sure it's from WD and/or your hormones.   I know this is very scary, when we are hit with all the various symptoms that change and come and go.  Here is a brief video to reassure you:

I just took at home covid test , and it’s positive 😞😞😞 any help with symptoms from this will be kindly appreciated, and help with what I can take and not take please , this is hard on me

Oh, @Phoenixmama.  Hugs to you, you are dealing with quite a lot right now. 

 

I just want to tell you that in my opinion, and the opinion of many others, this covid thing is blown way out of proportion by the news, and creates a great deal of fear in a lot of people.  Covid is basically a type of the flu.  The death rate from this is only 1%, and the people who die from it are the elderly and those who have certain major health issues.   My son had covid late last year, and he said it was like a bad cold.  Ten days later he was back to his weight lifting.  He is perfectly fine now.  

 

What symptoms are you having?  I don't know how to treat covid, but if it were me, I would take some extra vitamin C to boost the immune system, rest, drink plenty of water, and of course quarantine yourself.  Call your doctor and let him/her know.  I will be praying for you. You will get through this.  Try to just take things as they come, and be extra gentle on yourself at this rough time.  Keep us posted on how you are doing.

@Greatful I just did that I live around the corner from a hospital my appointment was for Monday but I took a chance and went right up there and I got the test done should take two days , in the mean time can I take Tylenol???

I don't see why you can't take Tylenol.  I even take generic Advil.  Are you worried because of w/d or covid?

The home tests are not always accurate.  Take care of yourself as you would with the flu, but it’s not the flu.  It’s very different.  Drink liquids. Orange juice is fine.  Regular Tylenol should be fine.  Take a 1/2 dose to see.  Most kids can handle Covid well, but wear a mask and have her do the same.  Don’t worry yet.  Rest as much as you can.  I would get a PCR test at the doctor’s office or the pharmacy.

Ok here it goes “Tylenol reg strength 325mg” for pain I can not live with , I haven’t took a pill since my last celexa and that was an adverse reaction, pray me @Rosetta @Greatful I’m only going to take half

Can I take zinc lozenges ??? Will zinc effect my withdraw

@Phoenixmama I used to do sessions with Baylissa Frederick (if you haven't heard of her yet, look her up, good stuff). One thing she said to me was, "everything that is happening to you is (crazy). Whatever happens to you while in withdrawal, just chalk it up to withdrawal. These days, you feel like you're going to die one minute, then perfectly fine the next...don't try to figure it all out, just file it under withdrawal."  (this doesn't include things that seem like you should get checked by a doctor- I guess if you do get things checked and there's nothing, just file it under withdrawal, don't keep trying to figure it out!) That helped so much. I mean, every time I got a new symptom, I still freaked out and messaged someone else who had already healed (and he would confirm it's probably just a WD symptom and will pass). And you know what? All those weird ones did. It's true like Rosetta said- period symptoms are way worse for some women in withdrawal. I also agree with Rosetta that taking CBD is not a good idea right now. Take as little as you can. I listened to Shep on this every time I thought I should just alleviate my suffering with *something*, and I heeded the warning. I never took anything. My brain turned after 13 months (not completely healed, but life suddenly improved greatly then). That's a relatively short time considering everything, and I believe that part of it was because, minus doing acupuncture and some tea mixtures early on in acute withdrawal, I stopped taking anything (other than ibuprofen when needed, fish oil and magnesium as recommended). You can do it and you WILL get better. 
Also with the Covid, I couldn't exercise exactly a year ago without getting symptoms like I was sick (dry eyes, feverish, dizzy). I took a Covid test and it came up negative. I had to just stop exercising for a bit. Now I exercise as hard and as long as I want. I say this to remind you that this will be you. But just wait and accept that your symptoms will be present and changing and sometime in the future, they will start falling off instead of changing or becoming more numerous. It will happen!

Update 

I got my results back from kaiser hospital I am positive for covid , things have been ruff but not as bad as the first night , the headaches and leg pains have lightened up some , oh yeah and the ear pain , these symptoms come and go and I ease them with tiger balm and if it gets really bad a half of Tylenol, as for wd , I gotta say I can’t really feel it but when I do it has been emotional and I cry but it’s mainly because I’m watching a sad movie or I realize the **** I’m in and sad for myself , I had anxiety last night after drinking Chamomile tea , not sure what was the deal with that , how ever I’m not sure if it’s because I’m distracted with covid but I’m not having such a hard time with wd at the moment which I’m feeling blessed about . Oh I did have some times , little moments were I thought I could die because I of covid...

As for my baby girl who’s quarantining with me in my room , she has been fine so far , at first it was her temperature that was only a lil high but now over night she has developed a cough with congestion but I plan on keeping up on that and making sure  did doesn’t get out of hand.... 

Any advice for my situation would be strongly appreciated.... thanks everyone
