Woooooo anxiety is so high , feels like my whole insides are shaking , and it makes me feel like I haven’t ate in days not hungry but shaky and like I’m about to faint 🤦🏻‍♀️ I drank some mag powder and it’s not working

I just made a mistake , when I got home I moved my bed in my room , and now I feel shaky and sweaty and starting to worry if I will pass out , did I over do it 😥 what’s going to happen ?????

@Phoenixmama You are going to be ok!! I used to over-do it all the time and would have a small wave afterwards, but it always went away  Hang in there you are doing great!

hi @KenA thank  you,  i went into panic yesterday , i think im just exhausted from the covid wave that i need a break from the morphed depths of wd hell lol , not to mention in a week ill be due for my crazy lady cycle and my job is making me get the vaccine , so seems like i got a lot of set backs ahead of me...

 

Also i was reading your tread and it is the most beautiful thing ,omg it lifted me up , and is teaching me to be more positive in this , WOW how did you do it!!!!

If it helps @PhoenixmamaI've had both vaccines in the UK and I've been absolutely fine. I wouldn't say it's hindered my withdrawal (it was still just the same crappy withdrawal!) and I was on the meds 5 years and stopped CT. Hope that's reassuring for you x

i havent even looked at the covid tread , because i will just be more scared , so any positive advice will help me , im scared to get worse then i already am , i seen a video of a young girl who is now disabled , and im so scared for my kids that i wont be able to care for them , im barely making it through withdraw

No problem I understand how it is for sure!! That panic truly is scary, but the thing about it is that it always passes Honestly when it came to my experience, I was blessed to be able to be in constant contact with another survivor who had made it through and was completely healed. I was able to message with her every day and she taught me so many things about how to make it through. She taught me how to stay positive no matter what and how to change my thinking about the process. For example, instead of thinking about how bad you are feeling and how many symptoms you are having, turn around and think about how much healing you are getting done. The stronger the symptoms, the stronger the healing. She taught me how to accept what was happening and reassured me that everything was going to be ok!! Because of her I was able to stay strong and positive and accept the healing process. She taught me that no matter how long it takes, everyone heals!! Just have to be patient and wait for it  You are gonna be ok I promise!! This does eventually come to an end and you will be able to move on with your life!! Till then just keep going and going!!

Why do you need a vaccine if you tested positive for Covid in the last few weeks?

It's not recommended to have a vaccine too close to a recent infection, any vaccine.

It can raise the risk of  severe side effects - reaction since your immune system is already engaged. 

There is a blood test that may help your doctor recommend when is the best time for vaccination.

Because of my job I work for kaiser which is a medical group and if we don’t have a medical excuse or if we don’t have religious reasons , we will not get paid ☹️

The CDC suggests waiting 90 days after a COVID-19 infection to get the vaccine.

However, I do not know if that is from the time of the LAST positive test result or from the beginning of the first NEGATIVE result, or based on when your symptoms resolve.

I asked her if it was ok to get it and she said yes if your symptoms are gone , I’m so confused , being that I don’t trust her after giving me the ssri’s

Granted I don't know your symptom pattern but it It sounds like your still actively sick to me.

Don't you need at least 1 negative test before your allowed back to work?

 

But no need to be stressed, your gonna be ok.

A medical facility is going to know you have natural immunity for a certain length of time.

You'll  have time to sort it out.

Yes the doctor who was in for my doctor , told me I don’t need a negative test to go back to work because sometimes there still positive... then he said I should be immune to the virus for three to six months... it’s so messed up because I can afford to not be paid I have a family and need to keep my roof over my head , I’m going to talk to someone tomorrow about this... there has to be a way for me to be excused

Recommendations continue to change it seems almost monthly, but the earliest I have seen from a reputable medical source is to wait 28 days from the onset of symptoms or the date of your positive test result.

 

When the CDC originally said 90 days, it was because early on we had more people wanting to get vaccines than available stock or appointment slots available, but the point is if even they said 90 days then you know they believe your good for ATLEAST that long. 

 

As the covering doctor said, most of what I have read suggests as long as you really were ill, you most likely have immunity for 6 months. My only concern is you rushing into a shot too soon and having an adverse event, since records indicate those who had more severe side effects had recently been infected. 

 

The recommendation for getting vaccinated soon seems to be for those who were asymptomatic (which could have been a false positive) or those who really did not get that ill and show much of an immune response.

Well, you can call in sick, to begin with. That's not a lie.

 

The first question is when are you even well enough to go back to work to begin with vaccinated or not.

If your still dizzy or near passing out from just moving furniture than maybe your still too sick to work, regardless what illness you have, to be honest. Virus' can take a lot out of us, regardless if we are still contagious or not. The doctor should be able to excuse you from work until your recovered, not just until your no longer infectious.  I don't know if you have paid sick days or not, and I don't know what the particular laws in your state are but I don't think you can be fired for still being sick with Covid.

 

Second, it seems, and I could be wrong, your not really wanting to be vaccinated, did you try for a religious exemption?  That should give you a couple weeks or so to bide you some more time.  Again, IDK your particular states regulations.

 

If not, their are alot of people changing employment over this very issue.

Some are just moving to other medical establishments that prefer non vaccinated individuals.

Only you can decide if that's something you may be interested in but if you get a 28 day deferment it's something to think about.

@Rosetta when i talked to the doctor taking over for my doctor , he said i didnt need a negative test to come back to work... so they didnt order me one ,my doctor hasnt even replied to my message , it sucks

so if they are making me get it basiclly , if my doctor doesnt approve my medical note to be excused ....i have until sept 2nd... to get the first dose m that will put me out 29 days from my first day of symptoms of covid , this is really  giving me anxiety well more anxiety on top if what im already going through and my cycle is coming up in a few days and kids first day of school is today.... i feel like im being forced/pushed out of living life  one thing after another , and im holding on to dear life trying to stick around for my children, not wanting to take the vaccine scared im going to be disabled and already feeling disabled from wd barely making it to work.... denfinetly hardest year of my life

Also, the only shot they can mandate you take isn't even out on the market yet.

So, if they try to fire you by Sept. 2nd, and the Comirnaty shot is not available in your area, you have a wrongful termination suit.

 

The Pfizer shot is still under Emergency use Authorization.

That one cannot be mandated for employment.

 

They were VERY SLY about this.

They didn't lie "per se" but they misled and didn't tell the truth either.

 

They sent out 2 letters, one to Pfizer continuing the Emergency use for the Pfizer, which can't be mandated for that reason, it's NOT approved.

So if you take it and your injured, you have no legal redress because you took it under Emergency use.

 

The other letter they sent to BioNTech which is the Approval letter for the Comirnaty shot.

THAT is the shot made FOR BioNTech which is approved.

That is the shot that if you take it and something goes wrong, you have legal redress.

That is the one that if your injured, you can sue either BioNTech OR your employer.

 

So while Pfizer is making BOTH shots, only the one being made FOR and sold by BioNTech is Approved.

They claim it's the same shot, but we'll see how long it take for the actual Cormirnaty to be available.

 

If it takes longer than just putting a DIFFERENT LABEL on the vial, then it's a "bait and switch" of some sort. There's a reason the pfizer one so widely available is NOT the one they approved. Time will tell why that is.

 

"COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine made by Pfizer for BioNTech. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine has received EUA from FDA."

 

You can take this with you to talk to human services.

Buy you some time to work out another plan.

Legally, these are 2 DIFFERENT SHOTS.

One "approved" one not.

What about the moderna one that’s the one I will get if I have to , disability ? What will I go out on disability for ? Like what would I be asking for it for? I tried for mfla awhile back amd got denied because I didn’t have enough hours being that I’m part time I was short 50 hours at the time , they are saying be fully vaccinated by sept 30th or there will be a leave of absence with out pay and if we don’t be fully vaccinated by dec then we will be fired 😕

@Colonial and yes I don’t really want to be vaccines because I feel and know I am a very sensitive person before wd I was still a sensitive being to everything I even had a seizure from unknownly eating a piece of marijuana cake 🤦🏻‍♀️
