@Totallylost

I hope today is a better day for you too. Sun shining here in the East but it’s bloody cold. Hope Glasgow bringing it. Kind thoughts to you for a good, manageable day.

SL

Prozac  60mg ( 1996-2014).

Also between (1996-2000) Short instances on Lithium, Risperidone and various other drugs that I now cannot recall. Took myself off all antipsychotics in (2000).

Various attempts to stop Prozac over the years but went straight back on as at the time mistook withdrawal for 'relapse/illness'.

Duloxetine/Cymbalta (2014-March 2021) - put onto this following a further failed attempt at managing withdrawal symptoms from stopping Prozac and it at the time being misdiagnosed as 'Relapse/illness'.

(Feb 21) Tapered from 60mg of Duloxetine over approx 6weeks.

Currently looking at reinstating small dose to manage acute withdrawal symptoms now presenting.

(8th April 2021) Reinstatement

Duloxetine (1mg)

Zopiclone 7mg - due to severe insomnia but trying not to take.

Supplements: Magnesium, Omega Fish Oil, Viramin D and Calcium.

I know.  It’s very hard to go through this.  The brain has an amazing ability to heal.  Any other organ is so different.  You will get better.  You’ll see.

I think 1/2 a 2 mg is still too much.  Just take a tiny bit if you take any.

Feel a little better after not touching anymore drugs such as zopiclone and diazepam have started eating and walking just still not sleeping great but I’ll take that, thank you

Good.  It’s so frustrating that the sedating drugs cause problems.

Does anyone find certain foods help with symptoms or generally eating more healthy helps?
