Fisher678
I have been taking Miralax and ionic magnesium liquid for withdrawal constipation but, reading elsewhere in the forum, it seems both Miralax (PEG) and mineral oil are neurotoxins. This kind of scared me. Anyone have problems with psyllium? So I need your opinions on the best, safe laxative. FeralCatman
If you are already taking a magnesium supplement you can try switching the form of magnesium to magnesium citrate which can act as a laxative and it should be tolerable I am thinking of trying it myself.
