Pleochroic Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 Hi Been recovered a year since aft a 5 years straight on with xanax, it started fr a heart broken breakup that resulted wasn't able to sleep straight a week, yea one f week, it was restless & I just felt like a zombie. Started with .25mg gradually onto 2mg, 2 tabs a day or 4 some times. Now completely clean without it for a year no crave nada & I'm sleeping goodie with my new partner. Link to comment
