Question for those tapering or off mirtazapine..

Anyone experience a disoriented feeling around dusk / evening? Feels like I can't focus, the change of lighting can cause low mood, agitation etc...

This does not happen every day, and disappears once I get used to artificial lights, and sometimes it goes away after dinner, but most of the time, I can't tell if I am hungry or not at dinner and can't make sense/keep track of all the dinner conversation..

Because you find that it goes after you get used to the artificial lights, you could try turning the lights on before it starts getting dark so that there is less adjustment needed to the change.

Yeah. That's what I do .. sometimes it stays through dinner..   I find that getting 20 min of meditation helps clearing it up most nights.
