Appears that the 3mg has decreased nausea and other symptoms. This may gradually continue or you might increase it to 3.5mg or 4mg, up to you.

Please be sure to note if any symptoms are worse after doses of any of your drugs. You seem to be noting the same intensity of symptoms all the time, is that correct?

Is the nausea on average better or worse than it was at the beginning of February?

@Altostrata

I haven't noted any symptoms being worse after doses.  The intensity doesn't seem to change much. Usually the first half of the day is when I feel the worst.

The nausea had been better the last 3 days but today has gotten worse again.

It had been improving slightly since February but today it's really bad.

I'm sorry that migraine has brought worse complications.

Please be sure to take your anti-nausea drug on a regular schedule.

You are still taking a very little bit of sertraline.

Did you read up on ondansetron? That's your responsibility before considering a drug.  I have no idea what it would do.

As explained before, you need to give a dosage change a week to take full effect.

Also as explained before, we don't expect miracles. We don't expect your symptoms to be instantly reversed. We look for small improvements.

While your symptom pattern reports indicate that reinstatement has caused some improvement, it appears that you hold to a belief you're consistently getting worse.

If you don't want to continue this gradual reinstatement and want someone to promise you an instant cure, please talk to a doctor.

It's clear you feel terrible, I'm sorry for that. You'll still need to give a dosage change a week.

Since you're taking Zoloft at night, it may be that you feel a beneficial effect a couple of hours afterward. It may be better if you took it earlier, by gradually moving your dose by an hour each day. This may enable you to fall asleep earlier.

It's very possible you could do with a higher dose.

You can take a ginger pill more than once a day.

I was reading your article on dysregulation and withdrawal syndrome and was wondering if you think that my increase in anxiety and sleep issues is because of the reinstatement.  I seen in the one article that the zoloft can be stimulating when you are in withdrawal  and I thought it would calm things down? So much to learn.

I also read your article on lamotrigine,  is this something I should consider or look into it at a later date? Thanks.
