I am so ready to move out of this house. It's a 3 bedroom and my dad passed in one, husband in the other, and then my son's room in now empty. My heart is so heavy and broken. Got out and went to a few yard sales with my daughter, but the heat and humidity is horrendous, 106°. I need to clean out my son's room, I just can't bring myself to do it yet. My Lexapro peaks at 2:00-3:00pm and my anxiety is unbearable. I'm gonna try to relax for a little while. Thank you for checking in on me. I requested to be on the show. I mentioned to him the suffering that we go through in wd and how most physicians are not aware of the symptoms while coming off of antidepressants, benzos, etc. And how psychiatrist, md's, np's, etc just think it's ok to keep prescribing all these psych meds without addressing underlying conditions. Please, by all means, bombard him with your concerns and suffering. I also mentioned Alto and her forum. If that is the plan, then I would do what you’ve been doing and see how you do😊 PREVIOUS medications and discontinuations: Have been on medications since 1996. Valium, Gabapentin, Lamictal, Prilosec and Zantac from 2000 to 2015 with a fast taper by a psychiatrist. Liquid Lexapro Nov, 2016 to 31-March, 2019 Lexapro free!!! (total Lexapro taper was 4 years-started with pill form) ---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil. Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. July 28, 2023-approximately .87mg. Dr. fast tapered me at the end and realized he messed up. Prescribe it again and I am doing "slower than a turtle" taper. 19-September, 2020 Xanax free!!! (total Xanax taper was 15-1/2 months-1-June, 2019-19-September, 2020) I am not a medical professional. The suggestions I make are based on personal experience. Link to comment

I would suggest waiting until you are done with the Lexapro taper before starting the Omeprazole. PREVIOUS medications and discontinuations: Have been on medications since 1996. Could this be when the Lexapro is at its peak? Usually around 7pm it has subsided. Talk out loud to yourself with positive affirmations. I am safe, this is the most my body and brain can do to me. This is it, it can't hurt me any more then it is right now, I can do this. I am okay right now because this is all it can do. This is Withdrawal and nothing more. It will pass. You can only go forward and each day is one less for you to go through as you heal from this. I forget why but it works a bit. Sometimes I jump in a cold shower for a few seconds too. I swear by peppermint. I rub it on my belly really well so I get tingles. I will put some on my chest as well so I can smell it. Just the smell and the sensation for the tingles really helps. I find crying is such a great release. The anxiety and sadness lasted til around 9pm. Today I am feeling ok, praying for a good day. Constantly replacing negative thoughts with positive, casting out the evil and giving it to God. I cried so much yesterday i thought my eyes were gonna pop out. Its no fun when you have a heavy heart. Im afraid if i get into a cold shower i will throw myself in shock.
