I don't take it everyday, just as needed. I try not to take it because that's just 1 more pill that I have to get off of. But on my really bad days that is so hard to fight, I will take 1 just to calm my panic attack. Could the headache be aftereffects of covid? Does it get worse at any particular times? I decided to stop the Ashwagandha today just to see if it helped with anything. And I had covid way back in August, I think the headaches could be from the phantom smell or just all the crying I experience. And the klonopin I never take at night, if I need it I take it through the day when my symptoms are at there worse. The only thing I take at night is Mirtazapine 15mg and pepcid ac. You have been taking it often enough your body depends on a regular amount every day. @Frogie will you kindly consult on setting up a schedule for Chlo's drugs? It will should move atorvastatin and omeprazole away from the other drugs, so we can see what may be causing the adverse effects. This is not medical advice. And probably stop taking the pepcid ac because I don't eat late at night anymore or even have much of an appetite at that. I typically don't take it unless I have a sever panic attack, like tingling in hands and feet, and feeling like I can't breathe or am breathing rapidly. On occasion I will just try half of a .5 mg if a full blown attack is coming. But I don't think I'm dependent on it all, I may only take a 1/2 or full 5mg maybe 2-3 times per week. I have been on the same meds for 7 weeks. We're about reducing drugs and minimizing withdrawal here, not which drug "works" for depression, "treatment resistance" etc. As noted before, "treatment resistant" means you're not doing well with antidepressants, it's not a psychiatric condition. Lexapro and Celexa are siblings, but Lexapro is stronger. It may be you'll feel better with less Lexapro, but we need to see more of your daily notes because you just changed your drug schedule. It will take at least 3 days for those changes to settle. Please continue to post your notes 24 hours at a time. This is not medical advice. PREVIOUS medications and discontinuations: Have been on medications since 1996. Valium, Gabapentin, Lamictal, Prilosec and Zantac from 2000 to 2015 with a fast taper by a psychiatrist. Liquid Lexapro Nov, 2016 to 31-March, 2019 Lexapro free!!! (total Lexapro taper was 4 years-started with pill form) ---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil. Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. July 28, 2023-approximately .87mg. Dr. fast tapered me at the end and realized he messed up. Prescribe it again and I am doing "slower than a turtle" taper. 19-September, 2020 Xanax free!!! But I don't want to be reliant on it. So I try to only take it when I have a bad panic attack. Will I have withdrawal from it if I don't take it everyday? It depends how many times a week you take it. That's why Altrostrata wants to see your notes for a few days to see if you are having some sort of inter dose withdrawal with any of your medications. Valium, Gabapentin, Lamictal, Prilosec and Zantac from 2000 to 2015 with a fast taper by a psychiatrist. Liquid Lexapro Nov, 2016 to 31-March, 2019 Lexapro free!!! (total Lexapro taper was 4 years-started with pill form) ---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil. Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. July 28, 2023-approximately .87mg. Dr. fast tapered me at the end and realized he messed up. Prescribe it again and I am doing "slower than a turtle" taper. 19-September, 2020 Xanax free!!! Okay..I posted the last 4 days. Sometimes I can get by with just taking half the dose of .5mg. Like I mentioned to Altostrata I only take it maybe 2-3 times a week.
