NicoleP Posted May 9, 2022 Share Posted May 9, 2022 Im 30yo female. Ive been on Prozac (20mg) for 8-9 years. My tapering process has been abrupt. I am currently with no meds and I have been experiencing lethargy and suicidal thoughts. Is this normal and what options can I have to manage this process? Link to comment

It is a common story on these boards. We see what you are feeling quite often. It is part of the withdrawal process. Depending on when you stopped your drug you may be able to reinstate a small amount to alleviate some of these symptoms.
