In your Settings, you'd have to turn on e-mail or whatever.

If you would like staff assistance, please keep daily notes of times o’clock you take your drugs, their dosages, and your symptoms throughout the day. We need to know how you feel before and after taking each drug, and your symptoms in between. Post 24 hours of notes at a time in this topic, in a simple list format with time o’clock on the left and notation (symptom or drug and dosage) on the right.

This is not medical advice. Discuss any decisions about your medical care with a knowledgeable medical practitioner.

I turned on notifications but I never get notified when you post. I'm not sure what you mean by "turn on emails or whatever" though.

Look around in your e-mail, it might have gone into spam.

It was a little confusing but made a change. I'm looking for the note you get here though, not the email. maybe it's working now.

I don't know if I can get it together for a daily log but I hope I can share and contribute here and see if there are people who share my experiences.

We recommend stabilizing for a month before another reduction.

I went 16 days at .3 mg and went down to .2 mg two days ago. Hoping for the best. I'm just looking at my anxiety, sleep, and digestive symptoms and when they ease off I drop. This drug is hard to gauge cause it hits you later on. But the dose is very low anyway. Unless it's pinching me I'm going to keep dropping. I hope I get myself back after this is all over.

This is why we tell you to be more gradual.
