Bp1961: Lexapro and Vyvanse withdrawal

September 19, 2022 - Monday:

 

00:00 go to sleep.

05:30 woke up -> bathroom. Tinnitus 4/10. Can't fall asleep, stayed in bed.

06:15 Runny nose, congested, got out of bed.

08:00 took Vyvanse 50mg + reacted magnesium + fish oil.

09:30 breakfast ->shower -> office.

10:30 Tinnitus LE:3/10 RE:5/10. Tinnitus higher than usual.

12:30 Took escitalopram 10.5mg (First day). tinnitus LE:2/10 RE:5/10.

13:00 headache and Tinnitus is high.

19:30 dinner. 

23:00 shower.

23:30 Journaling. Tinnitus 6/10.

23:45 go to sleep.

 

Today was marked by headache throughout the day, high bothersome hissing tinnitus, and tingling sensation in the ears.

September 20, 2022 - Tuesday:

 

00:05 Go to sleep.

05:15 woke up -> bathroom -> back to sleep. Tinnitus 4/10.

06:45 woke up.

07:30 walk 40 minutes 2 miles.

08:15 took Vyvanse 50mg. Tinnitus LE:2/10 RE:4/10.

11:00 Tinnitus LE:2/10 RE:3/10. 

12:30 Tinnitus 5/10; a slight headache. 

12:45 took escitalopram 10.5mg.

13:45 Tinnitus LE:2/10 RE:3/10.

23:00 Tinnitus LE:2/10 RE:5/10. Tingling sensation in the ears.

23:30 Go to bed.

 

Day 2 of reduction in escitalopram. Was a much better day. The tinnitus ranged between 2 to 5/10. Ít felt that the duration in higher volume was shorter and the tone softer, it was bearable. My mood was good and I was proactive and productive at work.

September 21, 2022 - Wednesday:

 

00:00 Go to sleep.

04:30 woke up -> bathroom -> can't fall back asleep. Went to the living room and laid on the couch. Probably fell asleep from 6:30 to 8:00.

08:00 took Vyvanse 50mg.

09:00 breakfast+reacted magnesium+ fish oil.

09:30 Shower -> office.

10:30 Tinnitus LE:4/10 RE:5/10 hissing.

13:00 took escitalopram 10.5mg. Tinnitus at 5-6/10.

20:45 dinner + reacted magnesium. Tinnitus 6/10.

23:00 shower.

00:00 go to sleep, Tinnitus 6/10.

 

Tinnitus today was much higher than usual.

September 22, 2022 - Thursday:

 

00:30 go to sleep.

05:15 Woke up -> bathroom -> back to sleep.

07:50 wake up. Total sleep ~7 hours. Tinnitus LE:1/10 RE:3/10.

08:00 took Vyvanse 50mg.

08:15 Walk 40 minutes 2 miles.

08:50 Took reacted magnesium+fish oil.

09:00 Breakfast.

11:00 Go to office. Tinnitus LE:2/10 RE:4/10.

13:00 Took escitalopram 10.5mg.

14:30 1.5 hours after taking escitalopram the Tinnitus increased to LE:5/10 RE:5/10.

18:30 Tinnitus LE:1/10 RE:2/10.

22:30 Tinnitus 5/10.

23:00 shower, tinnitus 4/10.

23:45 Go to bed.
