Trialanderror2865
It's been a long time since my post. I don't know if @manymoretodays is active or not on this site since I have had no replies but I wanna share that I am current functioning at I would say 80% of my full potential. I did not taper any amount yet as I am busy with my studies. And I don't want some random symptoms to affect it and I am just on 3.125mg which is not that big of a deal ig? Doesn't matter rn. Will start tapering by 10% when I will get some time. I had a stomach pain so I was suspected of having appendicitis but the doctor says it might not be the case after some more test. Currently on antibiotics and I hope it doesn't affect me in any way. 1 PREVIOUS DOSAGE:- 22nd May 2022 - 5th July 2022:- Clonazepam(0.5mg) + Propranalol (20mg) 5th July 2022 - Paroxetine CR 12.5mg 6th September 2022 - Paroxetine CR 9.375 mg CURRENT DOSAGE:- PAROXETINE CR 4th October 2022 - 6.25mg 29th October 2022 - 4.7mg 30th November 2022 - 3.5mg 18th December 2022 - 3.125mg Link to comment

Trialanderror2865, 80% is great! And wonderful that you are keeping up with your studies. Sometimes......sometimes not, antibiotics will throw off withdrawal normal. So I would not reduce until you have finished the ABX, and then some. Glad it wasn't appendicitis. You may need to replenish your gut flora too, as antibiotics can throw that off. I'm feeling like saying.....Yay! You are doing good. Some links, in case you hadn't seen or searched: Cipro, Levaquin, Azithromycin(Z-pack) and other antibiotics this also includes members experiences so feel free to add to the topic Probiotics and gut health some ideas there on what you could add in the way of probiotics to mitigate gut flora changes from ABX WD normal Sounds like you are totally on the right track with this taper Tande2865! Another yay!!! L, P, H, and G, mmt Late 2023- gone to emeritus status, inactive, don't @ me, I can check who I've posted on, and I'm not really here like I used to be......thanks. Started with psycho meds/psychiatric care circa 1988. In retrospect, and on contemplation, situational overwhelm. Rounding up to 30 years of medications(30 medication trials, poly-pharmacy maximum was 3 at one time). 5/28/2015-off Adderal salts 2.5mg. (I had been on that since hospital 10/2014) 12/2015---just holding, holding, holding, with trileptal/oxcarb at 75 mg. 1/2 tab at hs. My last psycho med ever! Tapered @ 10% every 4 weeks, sometimes 2 weeks to 2016 Dec 16, medication free!! Longer signature post here, with current supplements. Herb and alcohol free since 5/15/2016. And.....I quit smoking 11/2021. Lapsed. Redo of quit smoking 9/28/2022. Can you say Hallelujah?(took me long enough)💜 None of my posts are intended as medical advice.
