Biederman: "God" I don't recall this on USA TV or news aside from individual news reports. Al Jazeera appears to be a better source of news. Pristiq tapered over 8 months ending Spring 2011 after 18 years of polydrugging that began w/Zoloft for fatigue/general malaise (not mood). CURRENT: 1mg Klonopin qhs (SSRI bruxism), 75mg trazodone qhs, various hormonesLitigation for 11 years for Work-related injury, settled 2004. Involuntary medical retirement in 2001 (age 39). 2012 - brain MRI showing diffuse, chronic cerebrovascular damage/demyelination possibly vasculitis/cerebritis. I think there is no realistic solution to the grand problem -- corrupt establishment promoting drugs to uninformed patients. As much I'd like to envision one, I can't, not a realistic one. I'm not counting on the doctors, pharmaceuticals or regulators to save the day anymore. In fact, I think most people will never even know of the connection between chronic drug use and degenerative health developments. My old CBT therapist, for example, is prediabetic and +50lbs since starting Effexor and has never and probably will never connect her many health problems with the food and drugs she eats everyday.
