Shortness of breath and other breathing issues

Sounds like you get relief from regular chiro visits, right?  What does he do?

When I started to get the stomach issues, I was told to take it with food and I think that info also suddenly appeared on the label!

I don't think walking helps any with the breathlessness.  I still walk every day or as often as I can for as long as I can.  Some days is better than others with the breathlessness.

Glad you got off the Lyrica ok.  I was prescribed that but when I saw the label saying "do not stop this medication suddenly" I freaked out and didn't take it.  I am still putting up with the pain instead.

Another thing I thought about after I signed off was to tell you it is very important to stabilise before you start to taper and that it could take 6months to a year.  I am not familiar with the a/d you are on (is it Prozac?) so perhaps it will be a lot easier to get off than Paxil, but I made the mistake of starting to taper after about 8 weeks which was much too soon!

The dry skin could also be from a/d's.  The Dr. couldn't get his needle through the skin on my face when he was stitching me up, said it was like tough leather!  I now use coconut oil on my whole body after showering and I think it has helped.

1995-2007      20mg Aropax/Paxil for pain.  Years of up and down doses

2008                Endep, Lexapro and then Esipram (hell!) CT (oh dear!)

2009                20mg Aropax.  Tried skipping doses for a year (more hell!)

                        2010                10mg.  10% taper.  Lasted 4 months. Crashed again

2011                5% taper. 9mg-7mg (hell got even worse!)

2012                2.5% taper.  6.6mg – 5.6mg (worser still & unbearable)

2013                5% taper.  Big mistake.  5.5mg – 4.6mg  (even worserer)

2014                2.5% taper.  4.9mg – 4.5mg;    2015 2.5% taper 4.4 - 4.0mg

2016                2.5% taper.  3.9mg  Feb 3.8   Mar 3.7  May 3.6   Jul 3.5

Thanks for sharing your info :)

Yep, I see the chiro regularly, I have just started with a new one though so I'll see how that goes.

Its in my back, when they adjust it, my breathing is so much easier. But this is not the case for all, they can only really help if their is something out with the spine. But in saying that, i have been to 4 different chiros this year and their knowledge astounds me. I have picked up some great advice from each of them.

Thanks for the taper advice, it is reassuring to hear that my decision to hold right now for a few months is correct (I'll update the sig). I am in no rush to drop it at this stage as the stomach issues are only just bareable.

I had the same thing happen with zeldox/geodon, the first 2 years I was on it, no mention of needing to eat 500gm for it to even take affect. Then when my stomach got bad, suddenly there was information everywhere that you MUST eat wih it. I have at least a cracker with any pill now, but the damage is done, I suspect.

Edited to add - I dropped the lyrica on the schedule that my pain specialist suggested, drop 75 mg each time after a week or two. Now I know they have smaller dose tablets I would not recommend anyone to do this. Mainly because I am worried of what long term affects a short drop has done.

Currently on 50mg Fluvoxamine. Reading more before the next attempt at tapering.

Started Lexapro 04, have been mostly on med combinations since for 12 years.

May 2015 - zeldox 80 - 100mg, fluvoxamine 200mg, dexamphetamine 10mg

Lorazepam and clonazepam on and off for over a decade. Heavily sedated with antipsychotics - mostly Zyprexa and seroquel. Many hospitalisations. Many types of therapy, last being 7 years of psychodynamic that only figured out my pain was real.

Pain meds - Lyrica 150mg palexia 100mg - discontinued eary 2016

Done ok so far but cant drop the last antidepressant without physical illness.

I'm not convinced my breathlessness is from my spine.  So you have stomach issues too.  I do too, and I cannot determine whether the breathlessness is connected to these issues or not or a result of having gall out or withdrawal or what!

Do you attribute your stomach issues to withdrawal or to taking tablets without food?  What are your stomach issues?

Breathlessness

I have been trying to determine whether this is w/d or related to gall surgery or my crook guts or whatever!  I don’t know if it is physical or anxiety.  I guess I have been hoping all this time it would improve with time after gall surgery.

I have gone back over my notes and it appears that taking codeine or serapax does not make it better or worse.  I did find something very interesting though when I went back and discovered that almost every time I took Naprogesic, I got arrhythmia.  I also had anxiety and palpitations, but have them a lot, so hard to blame it for those.

I went back over my results and have had breathlessness since I began to taper, so perhaps it isn’t gall related at all.   Inititally it was manageable, the worst being after my first 10% taper crash at 4 months in 2010 when it went sky high.

It came back down to manageable levels until 4.9mg taper in Dec/Jan 2014.

Then it came back down to mangeable levels until 4.6mg taper in Jun/Jul 2014 which is when I went downhill with many symptoms and had to hold.

After a 6 month hold it went back to manageable levels but after 3 tapers rose again and at the 4.1mg taper in Jun/Jul 2015 which led to anothr 6 month hold.

It dropped back down to better than manageable this time for only 1 taper and has gone sky high again (daily) for the last 4 tapers.

At present I am trying to manage my diet a bit better, have read up about stomach issues and so on and will see if that has any affect on it.

The weird thing is that I still get the same aching around my middle, pain in lower right side of abdomen, aching where the gall was and a pain that radiates around to my back on the right side  (all these symptpoms I was reassured by the Specialist would GO AWAY after I had the gall bladder out!).

I have just done a drop and the breathlessness has improved which is also weird.  I went back to see how I went with breathlessness after the previous holds and it was also confusing with it getting worse at the first hold in 2014  but better with the second hold in 2015!

I have this sometimes too-it's hyperventilation syndrome.

You are getting plenty of air, in fact, just a little too much.

It gives you the feeling that you're not getting enough and also brings on panic at the same time.

You only need to breath a little faster than normal to end up with too much oxygen in the blood.

It's harmless, but disconcerting.

I ended up on antidepressants for 20 years because of it when all I needed to do was slow my breathing down.

Sept 12th 1992-began taking Imipramine (50mgs) for panic attacks.

Stopped Imipramine after 4 months (cold turkey).

7 months later experienced "mysterious" bad flu-like symptoms, although, without upper respiratory problems or fever. Because of this and a day of panic attacks, was put on Prozac (20mgs?) for 2 months and then, when that didn't work-was put back on  Imipramine,  plus Xanax 1 mg (4Xdaily)-October 1993.

March 1999-switched from Imipramine (50mgs) to Celexa.

2008-switched to Pristiq for 3 months, then back to Effexor XR (after bad reaction to the Pristiq).

Sept 1st 2010-Switched from Effexor XR (75mgs) to Effexor Generic (solid form) in preparation for taper.

Nov 15th 2010-Began tapering from 75mgs Effexor Generic.

January 13th 2014-.06mgs

April 17th 2014-      .03mgs

May 11th 2014-       .02mgs

Ended taper October 31st 2014

Oct 4th 2015-11 months post taper and completely back to normal!

Hudgens thanks for that info.  This is interesting!  Slow it down, ok!  Related to panic attacks.  That makes sense as Brassmonkey says it is a "fear or flight" syndrome and I am convinced my body does go into something like this because it isn't getting the drug, so it panics.  This could be the answer.

Oh how sad you were put on a/d's for 20years for that, I am so sorry to hear this, but so glad you got thru your taper and are back to normal!  What about the panic attacks though?

hi,

i had breathless severe, paxil plays on muscles, espescially on small muscles, when you taper, you have muscles reactions, and breathing function with small muscles, many, after years it improves, for me the first years it was severe, then slowly better, today i stil have lungs problems(pains from anxiety and dilate bronchitis) but no more this lack of air, even diaphragm(a muscle also) can have a problem, i had but with time better

paxil attacks many small muscles, example focus for eyes, and not to forget, bowels muscles etc

for anxiety

12 years paxil - cold turkey 1,5 month - switch celexa 1 year taper; total 13 years on brain meds

67 years old - 9 years  med free

in protracted withdrawal

rigidity standing and walking, dryness gougerot-szoegren, sleep deteriorate,

function as have a lack of nerves, improving have been very little

Hi Stan from France!

I remember you from IAWP!  I had so many similar issues that you had and now find you also have the severe breathlessness.

Thanks for that info, I had forgotten how this affects muscles and of course they affect our breathing, diaphram, etc.  and as you mention bowels as well.  I do think my muscles are weakened from all this and like lazy bowel causing constipation.

I think from memory you went CT and was about 5 or 6 years off back then at IAWP, so it must be quite a few years now.  How are your symptoms these days?  I will try and find your journal another day.

Hi Stan, oh, I see you did a switch, but that was still too fast a taper.  I am so sorry that after 7 years you are still not good.  I forgot to look at your signature.  Are there any symptoms you did have before that have either gone or improved?  Did you used to have the internal vibrations, head vibrations, head pressure and migraines and headaches like me?

I am so sorry to hear this.  Do you put them all down to withdrawal?  Do doctors acknowledge it is from withdrawal after all these years now?  You must be running low on hope after all this time but I do hope you can still find some pleasure each day.

i no more go to doctor since years

before paxil i was ok, only a  anxiety i could control, had only one panik attack and then put on paxil 12 years and try to stop because i feel med made me worse with time,

i sleep good, no pains, no off balance, no akathisia, walk normal, etc, all come when tapering and off

all start in tapering and in 2 year off, all become worse and many symptoms appeared, so it cannot be age

i know that prostate comes with age, but for me withdrawal worsen all suddenly, the second years off i had the more

With years, after 7 years, you try to live with, it becomes normal to live with all this

i know people who have my age, they do not have this deluge of problems as i, they only have one problem, not all systems disrupt

i follow several people as i , they are in same situation, damaged as i

thanks for your kind words

Stan, I often wonder if things will improve but I can say I have seen an improvement in migraines and headaches (which were probably both a side effect as well as w/d symptom.)

I too, got worse the 2nd year which was a huge shock as I thought by doing a slow taper (5%) I would improve.  I didn't things could get that bad, so I did a 2.5% taper and in fact year 3 was worse still.  Then in year 4 I got gastro and gut issues and had my gall bladder out which complicated things and caused all other symptoms to get even worse and so year 4 was worse still.  All this and doing a super slow taper.  I know your taper was much faster, so you could see some improvement yet, but surely one would think you were over the worst of it.

I am in year 5 now and about to do the yearly update, but feel in myself that it should come out a better year except for the gut issues which I still have and not sure still whether that is still a gall bladder issue or w/d.  The last 6 months have seen good improvement in pressure heads, head banging sensation and head vibrations which is a good sign.

I agree with you that these things ARE NOT AGE.  My father was 80 years old and apart from prostrate, could walk up 3 flights of stairs to his unit, which I couldn't do - he went dancing, which I couldn't do - he did lots of things I couldn't do, even back when I was in my 40's.  Same thing with many other relatives and friends sn their 70's and 80's.

I sure do hope things will start to turn a corner for you!  God bless

I have been struggling with permanent breathlessness now for some time which is the worst its ever been since a slow (2.5%) taper from 2011.

I did a search with came up with nothing.  For all these years I have put it down to withdrawal, so I was surprised I didn't find anything.

This is not at all uncommon. I myself and many people I have talked to have very severe shortness of breath in SSRI withdrawal. I coughed up lots of weird stuff - blood, strange, very thick mucus  with white particles in it and I still do from time to time - and have been hospitalized twice for hypoxia. It is slightly better now but I am still short of breath and can only walk slowly. As is  the case with many in this situation, I got diagosed with obstructive pulmonary disease. The mucus is thick and abnormal and does not respond to mucolytics like acetyl cysteine and the shortness of breath doesn' respond to asthma meds. I have the same mucus in the mouth and gastrointestinal tract so it is not only the lungs.

From one Gma to another, just read your post of 23 May. I have something that can only be described as a cross between breathlessness/allergic feeling/anxiety feeling(but definitely not anxiety)/forgot to take my pill feeling/(not taking anything currently), sometimes burning and that chest ache and rib cage ache you mention. Maybe GORD or an ulcer?? Who knows?? Probably just w/d. Just part of soooooo many symptoms all caused by one tiny pill!!! I am sick of going to doctors with new symptoms only to be told something ridiculous like you've probably picked up a virus!

I am so sick of being so sick on a daily basis. Just when you glimpse a tiny light appearing at the end of the tunnel, that bloody great train comes roaring down the track and SPLAT - I have to be scraped up off the tracks again.

I think age must have a little bit to do with recovery as when you are older nothing recovers as well or as quickly as it used to.

Eighteen months now - but who's counting?

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 32 years, given AD for this condition alone in 2000

Zoloft 100mg for 15 years, last five of these complained about adverse effects,

unable to tolerate other meds even supplements

Slowly felt sicker, advised by different Dr maybe on ads for too long

Cut back 100 - 50 over 6 months, still getting worse, so stopped over about 6 weeks starting Dec 2014

First month, slow, emotional, useless then POW! Horrendous withdrawal symptoms, completely non-functional

for about five months, slowly started to come back to life and continue with waves and windows, still more bad than good, but bads are less bad, and goods slightly better each time

Hi Cherry from Melbourne!  Wow, okay, so someone with exact same symptoms.  I still wonder if it is an ulcer or something to with the gall surgery.  Just today we went to ACT and walked around mall for 1 hour and I was had it.  The chest ache I don't get that much, but had that along with the breathlessness ramped up and the pain going around to my R back.  The ache/discomfit in belly was bad as well.

Have you had any procedures done to rule out ulcers and stomach complaints?  I know what you mean about doctors, as the last time I complained about the tender/sore belly and ribcage ache and chest aches he said that I am very sensitive and it could be anxiety.

LIke you, I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.  Yesterday bad head pressure most of the day so I was glad that was gone this morning, but all the above still makes it uncomfortable if you are trying to shop and an hour isn't long enough in there.  Yes, it seems like if it isn't one thing, it's another!  I keep trying to remember what LexAnger wrote on my journal that it is a good thing ALL they symptoms don't come together at once!

Yes, people say there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I say it's a train coming!

I would have to say that older you are it is definitely harder for our bodies to renew themselves.

You are off altogether by the sound of it from a very, very fast taper!  I wish you all the best for your journey.

Yes my appetite has improved except for really bad days when it disappears again but I am eating lots of healthy soups etc although nothing that puts on any weight! Which reminds me, my doctor once told me that because I am so thin (I am only 47kg) that my chest and ribs are caving in which makes a weird kind of sense if you think of our symptoms. And the sleep - it is improving. I stay up as late as I possibly can and then average four or five hours a night in a sleep, wake, sleep, wake pattern.

All this w/d trauma has made the ME/CFS ten times worse than it's ever been so everything is coloured by that, but the overriding symptom is still the hideous waves of gross illness that wash over me, and then all these other weird and strange things like the chest, the almost fainting, pain popping up in different places, and it goes on and on always with something new thrown in.

Grandkids are down for school holidays but of course I have to sit round like a log while everyone races round having fun. I hate it!! Although on the positive side it is a welcome distraction.

One good thing about that is you can eat when you like and not have to worry!  When I wake in the night, I usually have a plate of porridge or a slice of toast.  I got down to 49kg (which is beneath my height/weight normal) and was so worried I went to the doctor, but he didn't seem too concerned.   Then I went up to 55kg and stayed there for several months, but recently went back down to 48kg.  I am just grateful I can eat at all, because in the past I had nausea for 9 months one year and 7 months the next and had to force myself to eat.  At least I can enjoy what I can eat now, but still have trouble with fat and other foods.

I'm glad you can enjoy your grandkids, I hope you cope with them okay!  Sometimes a distraction helps, as you say.

grandmaD -

So I did a forum search for chest pain and came across your post.  We seem to have a lot of similar symptoms.  Are you still experiencing chest pains?  I noticed two things over the past couple of days.  1.  I am having chest pains and 2. my respiration rate seems slow.  I have become very aware of my breathing.  I am not sure if it is from the mediation that I have been doing.  Or course I am very focused on what is going on with my breathing.  I asked my therapist and she said it is good that my respiration rate is slow.  It is healthy to breath that way.  That gives me some relief but I am still worried.  My chest pain started several days away.  I am not sure if it is a pain or tightness.  I am just wondering if this is from withdrawal.

Discontinued Fluoxetine cold turkey after taking it for 12 years. Stopped taking Fluoxetine in August 2015.

My current withdrawal symptoms: Itchy skin, smell hallucination, hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, and anxiety.

Synthroid for hypothyroidism.

Hello, everyone.

I, too, have a shortness of breath that doesn't seem to go away, along with the feeling of a tight throat and coughing. I also had really bad achy chest pain and would like to share some information with all of you.

I was recently diagnosed with thrush, a fungal overgrowth of a naturally occurring bacteria in the human body. I was put on Nystatin, a natural antifungal liquid that I swish and swallow. I'm having to take 5ml three times a day. I started yesterday at 2pm when I got it, so I've had four doses. Interestingly enough, most of my chest pain has gone. And it was pretty bad.

I decided to look up some info on Candida and learned most people don't realize they have it and it's hard to diagnose because of all the symptoms it can cause. Now I have to say I am skeptical: it's hard to believe what is online, but I wouldn't have believed about withdrawal either. So I'm giving something a shot.

The way to fight Candida and help withdrawal symptoms all come down to one thing: diet. I freakin love sugary things but I have to cut it out of my diet. Here's what I'm going to do and what I suggest. First, if you can see a doctor, ask if you may have Candida and see what they can do (I don't have insurance so I understand if you can't get tests done, but see if you can at least look into it! Candida is very hard to diagnose at times, I only know I have it because of my tongue) Second, try a healthier diet. Candida diet is kinda strict, but it may help. I'm going to stay on it for a little while and see how it works, but I'm also hoping to go back to eating things I do really enjoy. Remember, it's all temporary. I've never had issues with Candida until withdrawal and I'm sure it's a mix of lowered immune system, bad diet, and meds causing dry mouth. I still have shortness of breath, but I'll see if Candida is the cause.

- 2010 Fluoxetine 20mg (no issues, did well)
- Mid 2012 Switched to Celexa 20mg (no issues with switch)
- 6/16 Stopped Celexa (always took med once every other day, tapered to once every three days for about a week and a half, took one a week for one week, no problems)
- 10/20/16 Started Celexa 20mg (next day had panic attacks, stopped after three days, kept having panic attacks and anxiety rest of the month)
- 10/28/16 Started Paxil 20mg (took for almost a week, had suicidal thoughts/severe derealization, tapered off to one every other day for a few days)
- 12/8/16 Buspirone 5mg twice daily (felt drowsy but kept anxiety under wraps, still taking it)
- 12/27/16 Venlafaxine XR 37.5mg (took two days, migraine first day, headache all day second day, third day had severe depression/outbursts of crying, couldn't stop most of the day, bad invasive thoughts, never took third dose because of it)
- 1/7/17 taper Buspirone 20% (miscalculation but doing well), gradually slivered off tablet throughout month to almost half each pill

- 2/3/17 taper Buspirone 2.5mg twice daily (did fine, listened to body), gradually slivered off tablet throughout month

* Morning stretching routine every day *

Dez,

I'm also fighting a Candida overgrowth in my body having never had it before in my life until it flared up last summer along with GERD and I've had non-stop eczema for the last 10 months now.

So this week I cut out sugar from my diet as well as adopting a more Mediterranean choice of food options, and I have ordered yet more anti-candida and probiotic supplements to try and fix things internally.  Also started doing floor exercises 6 weeks ago and increased my walking distance each day.

Other issues include fungal nail which just won't go away, and I've been phlegmy for 3 months now.

Seeing my doc on Thursday and hoping to get the phlegm issue knocked on the head.

JC

Junglechicken,

I'm sorry you have to go through all of this, it's absolutely miserable, to say the least. I'm honestly starting to wonder if I have asthma or something, as the breathlessness is horrible when going upstairs. My heart rate also goes up horribly. I'm not sure if this is withdrawals, Candida, or if I have asthma or what. Any suggestions?

Dez - have you done some asthma tests with the nurse at your med centre?  There is a "peak flow" test you can do for exhalation and another test on a more sophisticated machine but same exhalation principle.  Just ring up you med centre and ask about "Asthma clinic" and get assessed.  If you don't have a "history" of asthma in your family then it could just be that you're not as fit as you were??  Are you exercising regularly etc?

Sorry that you're going through all this too :(

We just have to get all the testing done to rule anything out and for peace of mind (I find).

Junglechicken,

I'm thinking it's withdrawals mixed with not being in shape. I've never had any of these symptoms until shortly after I stopped antidepressants, so I figure it has to be those OR it's the Candida that I'm still trying to fight off. I've read a lot about anxiety causing all kinds of pains in the upper body, including breathlessness. Just have to keep in mind that this will also pass. It will go away one day.

Yes, anxiety does cause pains in the upper body .... have had many of those myself.

I'm going to request that "Nystatin" anti-candida medication from my doc as it doesn't interact with Lexapro.

Have to kick the Candida's butt!

Junglechicken,

Be careful, as it doesn't always work. See if you can request it without sugar or something. Only problem I've read about it is that it someone contains sugar, which is dumb. My tongue is actually pink though! So it does work in some way. I'm on a strict Candida diet though so I'm sure that helps. Lots of stuff to cut out but it's worth it so far. Slowly getting better!

I found your post very interesting about the thrush.  Did you stay/continue to improve after taking the nystatin?

I have been having more headaches recently which is unusual as they had continued to improve over time.  I also was getting more and more pressure heads.  I also noticed my nose was blocked at night again.   When I read your post I wondered about thrush, as I ALWAYS feel that "odd" sensation in my mouth, thinking it is thrush.

Several months ago I went to the doctor about it and he said it wasn't thrush.  My tongue is always heavily coated with white.

A few days ago I decided to get a mirror and torch and check out my mouth and saw the insides of my mouth on both sides are white.  The roof of my mouth is a yucky yellow!  And there were patches of red and little lumps/bumps (like infection type things.)  I considered going back to the doctor or seeing a different one.

In the meantime, I remembered I dealt with the blocked nose and phlegm issue with sniffing up salted water and eating raw garlic.  Just the garlic alone saw phlegm change from yellow to white within 3 days.  I got the idea of using both again, this time for my mouth, gargling salted water 3 times a day.

You never know if these things help or you would have just improved anyway, but my head is already much better/clearer.  BUT not only that, my pulse has gone from the 100's back to the 90's, the palpitations have improved and the breathlessness and tight chest are much better!

I intend to keep up the treatment for a week and then check my mouth and see how it looks.  I will report on symptoms also.

grandmaD,

I have been on Nystatin for 10 days. While some things have improved, I still have spots, redness, and white on my tongue and throughout my mouth. I have a follow up appointment this Friday about it so we'll see what happens. I've tried following a Candida diet, but after a week I had to add in some carbs. My body can't handle that kind of strict diet, it's killer. I warn anyone who is wanting to go on something like that.

It sounds like you have the same things I had. There is something called white coated tongue, but generally you can get it tested for Candida or something else. I think they can do a scraping and look under a microscope or culture it for testing.

I'm so glad that it's getting better for you! I have issues gargling salt water, as it always makes me gag, but if this continues I may just push through it. I'll let you know about the follow up appointment. Please keep me updated as week, I'm rather curious about all this.

I've been doing more physical things, going up and down the stairs more often, and it has helped, but there's still this tightness in my throat near my lymph nodes that makes me feel like I have difficulty getting air. Tension? Swollen nodes? Candida? Anxiety? I have no idea. I can definitely say my chest pain has also decreased so the ulcer might have been the cause of most along with Candida, but it's still there, which might be with the anxiety. I learned even if you don't feel anxious you can have minimal symptoms of anxiety. Ugh.

Best of luck to everyone!

Ladies,

I'm considering going to a Naturopath about the Candida overgrowth issue, as my doctor told me that I cannot get a blood test.

Currently, I'm on:

"Ultimate Flora" - 200 billion count probiotic

"Yeast Balance" (Pau D'Arco and Goldenseal)

"Candida Control Advanced"  - Yeast management complex (15 billion count probiotic)

"Citricidal" - Grapefruit seed extract

I have also cut out refined sugar and yeast based food, and we bought small plates to manage our portion sizes for our evening meal.

Watch this space!

Well I didn't last a week with saline gargling, as after 3 days it hadn't improved any, and in fact looked a bit worse.  I went to the doctor today and he confirmed I did have thrush and he gave me Nystatin to take 1ml four times a day, so will see how I go now.

I am glad I saw these posts on thrush, because I believe I have had it for a long time now but did nothing about it because the one time I did see the doctor about it he said I didn't have it, so I didn't bother going!

Just for information sharing, I started having very strong breathlessness, a sure WD symptom as it started after my huge drop in doses to near zero from 0.8mg. It always lifts with tiny bit of dose.

When it happens, I also feel heavy like filled with led. It doesn't feel like I'm short of breath from the lung, rather more like from the brain. Strange thing I know, probably no one can relate or believe what the hell IM talking about, but it's true. I feel it's my brain too weak to breath, don't feel my lung.

I think that's a failing of the medical profession.

Why didn't he suggest having tests done grandmaD?  As I understand it, Dr's don't investigate Candida Albicans, or even take it that seriously.

I'm seeing a Naturopath next week about my Candida overgrowth.....its really getting me down.
