aza Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Many of us here are familiar with transdermal magnesium usually referred to as magnesium oil which is sprayed on the skin and absorbed through the skin. Recently the subject of transdermal vitamins was mentioned on this forum Surviving Antidepressants. With many people reacting poorly to oral supplements, malabsorption and GI tract problems it may be possable to apply vitamins to the skin as a cream, a spray, or through a transdermal patch. So it seems propper that we should start a converstion about transdermal vitamins. It may be worth mentioning that amazon has a number of transdermal vitamin patches available for sale. However I don't have any knowledge on how effective they are.
