Can't distinguish certain symptoms

It is beyond hot in Florida right now.  With that being said I am having trouble distinguishing having hot flashes especially in my arms.  There is tingling as well.

 

I am always hot.  The doctor cold turkeyed my hormones (thought I was going to die) back on hormones but have not felt the same.  The dose may be too low.

 

Extreme fatigue which may be related to hormones, and working one two nights a week.

 

I was tired, but not like this up until about a week ago.  Was working alot.

 

Can anyone help me possibly sort thru this? 

 

Do have doctor's appointment on Friday.

Had culture the make sure UTI is gone (E. coli), would like to have a blood titer for EBV and

full thyroid profile and hormone profile too.

 

Could this be AD backlash.

 

Have a squamous cell on left hand.  Having it removed today.
