Being a mom I instinctively rock back and forth. Most women tend to do this. If you are down and out with WD symptoms go to a shelter, pet shop, or if you have a friend with a puppy......hold them. theelt712 Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 My kitten, Luna, is around me all day. She is currently taking up space on my pillow but it does not change the fact that I love her. I am off of all meds as of May 20th, 2013, after 5 weeks on Zoloft and a 4 week taper. Still experiencing: moderate anhedonia & PSSD, I am otherwise mostly healed. 2.1 years off of medication.
