Moderator Emeritus dalsaan Posted October 19, 2013 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted October 19, 2013 http://365grateful.com/original-365-project. I have just started my own 365 days of gratitude project. The idea is to take a photograph of something you are grateful for and write down why. I suspect it's going to start off with big things that spring to mind easily and then it may take some looking. I think the looking bit will be the most positive for me. Will train me to look for things that contribute positively to my life and encourage me to be more grateful I'd thought I would put the idea up here in case anyone else wants to have a go. You don't need to do it by taking photos. It's whatever works for you Please note - I am not a medical practitioner and I do not give medical advice. I offer an opinion based on my own experiences, reading and discussion with others. On Effexor for 2 months at the start of 2005. Had extreme insomnia as an adverse reaction. Changed to mirtazapine. Have been trying to get off since mid 2008 with numerous failures including CTs and slow (but not slow enough tapers)Have slow tapered at 10 per cent or less for years. I have liquid mirtazapine made at a compounding chemist. Was on 1.6 ml as at 19 March 2014. Dropped to 1.5 ml 7 June 2014. Dropped to 1.4 in about September. Dropped to 1.3 on 20 December 2014. Dropped to 1.2 in mid Jan 2015. Dropped to 1 ml in late Feb 2015. I think my old medication had run out of puff so I tried 1ml when I got the new stuff and it seems to be going ok. Sleep has been good over the last week (as of 13/3/15). Dropped to 1/2 ml 14/11/15 Fatigue still there as are memory and cognition problems. Sleep is patchy but liveable compared to what it has been in the past. DRUG FREE - as at 1st May 2017 >My intro post is here - http://survivingantidepressants.org/index.php?/topic/2250-dalsaan Link to comment

mattinsmom
I have an emptied/cleaned out plastic bin from cheeseballs. My son and his friends were more than happy to empty it Starting in January anytime something special, nice, pretty, moving, whatever happens I write it on a slip of paper and put it in there. On New Years Eve I'm going to open it and read thru them. Family also contributes from time to time. Maybe for 2014 I'll use photos. I really like that idea. Thanks you!
