God bless you all. 1 Everything started 2015 and here's shortly how it went: Bad diet change --> health problems --> problems caused by medicines --> 5-6 months benzos --> about half year Mirtazapine for supporting sleep in benzo tapering (because I first tried to do it too fast) --> Mirtazapine caused more problems --> 3 years Escitalopram (including tapering) --> 1 year tapering from 15 mg to 5,73 mg and then cold turkey from that dose in september 2019. That you see yourself as a beautiful strong soul that is supported by Gods presence. Amen 3 Age 21 started on antidepressants, Paxil, Zoloft cant remember dozes. Most I remember is being on Celexa 10 - 40 mg since 1996 to 2019 up and down. Changed to Pristiq March 2019 to May 2019 lowest doze but quit scared ot it. Went back to Celexa 20mg may 2019 to sept 2019.Tried Cipralex, 3 days, Went off celexa 20 mg Sept 16/19 taper 1 month. Took Ativan .5 to 1 mg on and off for years and some Clonazepam for anxiety. Ativan in dec 2019 about 10 and in jan 2019. .05mg. Brain zaps Agitation, terror and dread, suicidal feelings, stomach in fear. afraid to be alone. Depression Now: feeling disconnected from self and inability to connect with others, anxiety, depression,.emotionally weak and helplesd, ringing in my ears. Feb 25, 2020 reinstated 1mg celexa. I know suffering is suppose to bring us closer to Him but it is so hard... I've never been this depressed and I struggle a lot of days to find the will to live because I feel like I will never get better . Im 27 years old and I feel like ive ruined my life 1 2014 - April 2019 150mg Fluvoxamine ER Fast taper beginning in April 2019 and ending in June 2019 Off Fluvoxamine for 6 weeks with severe WD. 12 mg of Ambien xr for insomnia. After 6 weeks reinstated fluvoxamine 150mg Aug 2019 - December 2019 Jan 2020 able to get off Ambien and started slow taper to get of Fluvoxamine but taper was not slow enough. 10% reduction every week. still experiencing WD from first attempt. March 2020 switch to 75mg Effexor xr April 2020 37.5mg Effexor xr, bridged to Trintellix, and now off Effexor 4/25/2020 5mg Trintellix Link to comment

Now I don't feel as alone and am not so worried about getting off these cause I see new changes everyday that I never saw before. Elijah believed God would end the drought therefore, he continued to pray for rain. I bet people thought he was crazy because he kept believing when it really looked like a dead situation. However, he trusted God would stay faithful to His promise. Persistence is key We can apply this lesson in our lives today. Are we willing to be persistent and continue to pray in a land of drought? In this passage, we see persistence plus prayer is key. Elijah was not only persistent but he did not take “no” for an answer. Each time his servant came back to report there was no sign of rain, he instructed him to go back a total of seven times before there was even a small sign of cloud. Then again Many times in life we give up too easily – when the doctor says “no,” when we have one bad day, an opportunity falls through or our kids are acting a certain way. But, we must realize our prayers are providing a constant and powerful breakthrough. God sent Elijah a small sign – a cloud and soon after there was a heavy rain. Although you may not see huge progress today, God is forming small clouds on your behalf. So is there an area in your life you have given up? Are you just another touch away from victory? Stand strong knowing God is forming clouds for you! Reflection: Have you been praying about something and ignoring the small progress? Begin to thank God for the small victories in your life. These small victories will certain to bring about a big movement in the future. Highly activating. Lost ability to sleep. Seroquel x3 nights. Horrible reaction. Straight switch back to Zoloft, began taper. Found SA after tapering 25 mgs a week to 25mgs and began experiencing W/D. 6/21/19 5.05 mg; 9/6/19 4.8 mg; 4/24/20 4.57 mg; 8/27/21 4.43 mg 9/20-9/25/21 xover to new RX from expired meds 10/22/21 4.13 mg; 11/26/21 3.93 mg; 4/15/22 3.74 mg; 6/3/22 3.54 mg; 8/5/22 3.38; 9/30/22 3.19; 11/18/22 3.03; 12/30/22 2.88; 2/17/23 2.74; 3/24/23 2.60; 5/12/23 2.47; 6/23/23 2.35; 8/11/23 2.24; 9/15/23 2.13; 10/20/23 2.02; 11/24/23 1.92; 1/12/24 1.83; 2/17/24 1.72; 3/23/24 1.64 Supplements: Natural Calm magnesium, Vitamin C Vitamin D during winter. Recovered in 24hrs Aug.28,2020; 3.5 weeks 25mg sertraline/4.5 weeks taper Oct. 25: Last dose (4mg) Symptoms while on zoloft DPDR/out of my body/soul despair/feeling dead; tinnitus/no appetite; fear, anxiety/panics 4 months OFF: soul despair, anxiety/fear, brain disconnection/ DPDR, brain feels swollen-numb/crazy/bedridden barely functioning, tinnitus, eye lid twitches; face spasms. Feeling slightly better after 10pm. - sleep & appetite are fine 9 months OFF: hell, no windows, same symptoms as above (only eye and face twitches have stopped) plus intense arm/shoulder pain and visual issues. Tinnitus replaced by head buzzing. 10 months-1 year: all above plus Insomnia (out of nowhere), depression, no peace of mind (mental Akathisia); 2.5mg melatonin 14months off: sleep resumed. All rest symptoms remain. Bedridden vegetable all day. DP is relentless. 1.5 years off: still severely disabled, not much changed except some improvement in vision. Link to comment

Currently: (December 2022) Clomipramine: 50 MG ***Stopped Gabapentin on May 25, 2022 after a total of 6/1/2 Months on. **Tried to CT Gabapentin in December 2021. Highest does taken was 600mg. Reinstated at 200 MG 11 days after CT. This was on 1/5/22. 1/5 went back on 200mg - Started feeling better, 1/20 went to 100mg, 1/26 started feeling some withdrawals kick in- a bit dizzy/off throughout the day. 1/26 went up to 150mg, 1/27 went up to 190mg, 1/28 to 2/1 - 200 mg, 2/3 - Took 200 MG - Stabilized there for a month. Highly activating. Lost ability to sleep. Seroquel x3 nights. Horrible reaction. Straight switch back to Zoloft, began taper. Found SA after tapering 25 mgs a week to 25mgs and began experiencing W/D. 6/21/19 5.05 mg; 9/6/19 4.8 mg; 4/24/20 4.57 mg; 8/27/21 4.43 mg 9/20-9/25/21 xover to new RX from expired meds 10/22/21 4.13 mg; 11/26/21 3.93 mg; 4/15/22 3.74 mg; 6/3/22 3.54 mg; 8/5/22 3.38; 9/30/22 3.19; 11/18/22 3.03; 12/30/22 2.88; 2/17/23 2.74; 3/24/23 2.60; 5/12/23 2.47; 6/23/23 2.35; 8/11/23 2.24; 9/15/23 2.13; 10/20/23 2.02; 11/24/23 1.92; 1/12/24 1.83; 2/17/24 1.72; 3/23/24 1.64 Supplements: Natural Calm magnesium, Vitamin C Vitamin D during winter. Was Dickie in FB gabapentinoids 2020 January Stopped Quetiapine 150 at night in a fairly chaotic fashion with holds, jumping at 6mg 2020 June Stopped Pregabalin 150 at night using Ashton Method Some holds. 2021 December Stopped Mirtazipine 15 using Ashton Method. (Slower at end). Nov 21 - Given Quetiapine 12.5 for sleep. Reduced mid March 2022 to 6mg - Off 30/5/22 Feb 2022 Ongoing Diazepam 17.5, Blip at Christmas when took 22.5mg for a few days, now 24 FEB Stable 17.5 as advised. Had long covid. Now going to 16.25 from 8/7/22. 7% drop Oxazepam 10mg.STOPPED 10th FEB 2022 “Rescue dose x 2 in 2 months. Buccastem 3mg less than 1 a month for nausea. Past meds since 1969 -Approx dates only available. Tranxene 15, Clomipramine 150 for about 25 years. 1993 Paroxetine 20 AD change. Diazepam 20mg swap from Tranxene. Oxazepam 10mg Prn since 1990's 1995 Trial of MAOIS. 2000 Escitaopram 10mg. 2015 trial of Trazadone. 2004 Pregabalin 150 at night. 2015 Started on Quetiapine 150 note, Mirtazipine 15 note. Would it be ok if I messaged you privately on FB? Would love to hear your thoughts on getting off Clomipramine. My Intro topic Been on Antidepressants for close to 10 years. Currently: (December 2022) Clomipramine: 50 MG ***Stopped Gabapentin on May 25, 2022 after a total of 6/1/2 Months on. **Tried to CT Gabapentin in December 2021. Highest does taken was 600mg. Reinstated at 200 MG 11 days after CT. This was on 1/5/22. 1/5 went back on 200mg - Started feeling better, 1/20 went to 100mg, 1/26 started feeling some withdrawals kick in- a bit dizzy/off throughout the day. 1/26 went up to 150mg, 1/27 went up to 190mg, 1/28 to 2/1 - 200 mg, 2/3 - Took 200 MG - Stabilized there for a month. I'm going to pray for you too 1 July 2017 - started Zoloft 50 mg, 30 days taking the drug Cold Turkey interruption after 30 days Oct 17 - Intrusive thoughts, horrible cognitive deficits, anger episodes, suicidal thoughts appear, horrible akathisia Apr 21 - Start Zoloft again at 6.25 mg. Then 9 and finally 12.5. Mc 22 - Increased to 18.75 mg, stayed 15 days. Increased to 25 mg, stayed 15 days. Apr 22 - Increased to 37.5 mg. Stayed 4 weeks My 22 - Increased to 50 mg. Suffered no kindling. Began to stabilize after 8 weeks on 50 mg, after years of suffering. Extra-activities: mindfulness (2-3 hours), yoga (30 min) and physical exercise (30 min) per day. Supplements: Omega 3 DHA 250 mg, Magnesium 300 mg, Vitamin D 1000 ui, multivitamin. Link to comment
