Eastcoastgirl
I started Prozac in July of last year and haven't been the same since. Within a week I found myself constantly tired. It has gotten worse and worse since then. Just a few months ago, on my good days I could get 4 hours out of me before I needed to rest.. now i'm lucky if I get 2. I'm almost completely bedridden. It feels like my whole body and brain are tired. This drug is horrible and now I feel this will never leave. 2009-2018: 15mg Celexa (SSRI) June 2018-January 2019: .5mg-1mg Ativan (Benzo) 2010-June 2021: Marvelon (Birth Control) September 2018-December 2021: Prozac (SSRI) Reinstated 1mg April 21st 2019 , up-dosed to .32ml June 19, 2019 & started taper in October 2019. Moderator Emeritus ChessieCat Posted August 8, 2019 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted August 8, 2019 I experienced very weak muscles/ligaments when taking Prozac. I can remember that when walking along a beach I had great difficulty with my hips as I walked. It felt like you do in later pregnancy when you "waddle", but this was prior to becoming pregnant the first time. Please DO NOT TAG me - thank you PLEASE NOTE: I am not a medical professional. I provide information and make suggestions.
