Direstraits, so glad you are feeling good mentally!

I really am getting tired of feeling so sick-just don't know what to do anymore

it's such an effort to get thru the day sometimes-the fatigue, having to force myself to shower(I go several days lately ) no appetite

anxiety, tortured by my thoughts, reliving the past-could this be PTSD?I saw a therapist who did EMDR several yrs. ago-I don't think it helped much

anyway, just need this to end soon-starting to feel pretty desperate :(

Hey DS, I'm stuck where you are too with the same symptoms and hopelessness. This process is tiresome. The fatigue with agitation underneath it...wow. We just want to feel well. That's all. We're healing, in spite of feeling lousy, maybe because of it. (((hugs)))

Yes, we are all very tired of being sick. In so sorry you feel so awful.

Also, reliving the past is pretty common in WD. I don't think you have PTSD unless you had that diagnosis prior to drugging and WD.

I'm alone too, 'cept for my pug Opie. He's my buddy and my lifeline. You're never alone, DS. We are all in this foxhole together. Cry, scream, whine, lament. It's all good and we will wrap a warm blanket around you.

aw.thanks so much,Pug-you're very caring

I have 2 kitties that I love so much.they're great to have around :)

my husband is supportive but I think it's hard for someone to understandthis if they haven't experienced it :(

and he's at work all day& I'm stuck in the house in this dreadful winter-I miss my car so much!

Sitting in the house in WD is torture. I pace a lot. The hands on the clock seem stuck sometimes. Normally I would eat junk food all day. Can't even do that anymore. Oh well. I look forward to the day I wake up one morning not sick and dizzy fuzzy.

Feeling for you direstraits The obsessive thoughts thing is exhausting I know.

And the cold must feel endless. Good to know you have a supportive husband

and cats to warm you up. One day at a time. Then it will be spring.

I'm so sorry. :( that is so sad. My brother had a similar diagnosis. He has been gone for 22 years now. It's heartbreaking. I will pray for you. My heart breaks for you, really. I'm in tears. I wish we could sit and have coffee and cry and laugh, and you could show me pictures and tell me stories about her. And I could tell you how wonderful my brother was and tell you all the stories of the short time I had to spend with him. :)
