Hey, direstraits. Thanks for stopping by my thread. I just read some of your thread, and it looks like our time frames are somewhat similar. Hoping you see major improvement soon!

One 200mg before bed. Skipped last night because I've been feeling so poorly. Now I take absolutely nothing but food and water.

Yes, insomnia is awful. Even looking at the word is traumatizing. Thx you for trying to help. :)

I was wondering if having a tooth pulled can set you back a bit

I am very sensitive to everything, so I would have issues. Otherwise--I would say not necessarily. I had to have one pulled after I discontinued, but before my WD symptoms had started, so idk if it made any difference.

It can but if it needed to be pulled then it was better you had it done. Whatever the setback, if you treat yourself gently you'll recover just fine.

The body has a amazing powers of recovery even in the face of antidepressants.

Hey! Recovering from the wide-reaching effects of these drugs is the most difficult thing we will ever do. Since my pool of friends has shrunk so drastically, I just unload it all in my thread here and then tell people not to read it. I guess I have always done that, found somewhere to let the pressure out. Sometimes we can handle the day to day stuff ok, other times it just really gets to us.

Instead of hoping for windows, I hope instead to feel less bad about something. I have been free of that upsetting dog for 2 nights now and last night I slept a bit better than the night before. Even managed to stay in bed till a little after eight instead of the usual 6:45. Don't feel so much better as I do just happy that the extra rest happened, that adds to my healing a little bit. And just awhile ago, after I replied to a post from Petu, I had a good cry and realized some things about my past. That has to count for something.

There's just some times when there is nothing we CAN do except hang on from day to day. I have always been such a DOER and when there is nothing to be done, it is harder than anything to just NOT DO. So I continue my distractions and hope for better things to happen. I just can't MAKE them happen and I spend a lot of time railing against that. But the time eventually passes.

So maybe one day my days will be as good as my nights. At least I can get sleep. So I hang on to that.
